تعلن شركة Napco National عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة مفتش جودة أول (QC Senior Inspector) في منطقة مكة المكرمة، للسعوديين فقط.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استخدام فهم بيئة العمل وأهداف الشركة لتفسير وتطبيق السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية.
- تنظيم وتخطيط أنشطة العمل أو المشروع لتحقيق المهام والأهداف قصيرة وطويلة المدى بكفاءة.
- الإلمام بأنواع الصيانة الفنية المختلفة وكيفية تنفيذها في الشركة، مع القدرة على تطبيق تقنيات المراقبة والصيانة الوقائية الأساسية بشكل مستقل.
- مراقبة وتقييم عملية التصنيع بأكملها بشكل منهجي لضمان تحقيق معايير الجودة، ودفع تحسينات العمليات الهندسية والتصنيعية.
- إجراء أو توجيه تحليل الأسباب الجذرية (RCAs) للحوادث الجودة أو المنتجات غير المطابقة، واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية اللازمة.

Job Description
- ( For Saudi National Only )
- Use own understanding of NFP business environment and objectives with the ability to interpret and apply internal policies and procedures
- Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives
- Knowledge in the different types of technical maintenance and how they are performed at NAPCO, and ability to autonomously apply condition monitoring and basic preventive maintenance techniques.
- Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process at NAPCO in order to ensure that standards of quality are being attained and for driving engineering and manufacturing process improvements.
- Conduct or guide Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) on quality incidents or non-conforming products and suggest preventive and/or corrective actions.
