تعلن فنادق W (W Hotels) في منطقة المالية (شارع العقيق) بالرياض عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة بدوام كامل لمسمى خبير خدمة الطعام والشراب - مستلم طلبات خدمة الغرف (F&B Service Expert - IRD Order Taker).

المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجهيز الطاولات والتواصل مع المطبخ وخدمة الضيوف والتفاعل معهم.
- تنظيف مناطق العمل والمستلزمات والحفاظ على معايير الجودة.
- الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءات السلامة، وضمان مظهر مهني وتواصل احترافي.
- الوقوف أو الجلوس أو المشي لفترات ممتدة، والتحرك على أسطح مائلة أو غير مستوية أو زلقة.
- قراءة القائمة والتحقق من المعلومات بصرياً.
- رفع وحمل ودفع وسحب ونقل أشياء يصل وزنها إلى 25 رطلاً دون مساعدة، وما يصل إلى 50 رطلاً بمساعدة.

Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Service Experts - to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
