المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة عمليات التوظيف من البداية إلى النهاية للسائقين والموظفين الإداريين، بما في ذلك استقطاب المرشحين وفحص الطلبات وإجراء المقابلات والتنسيق مع مدراء التوظيف لاتخاذ قرارات الاختيار.

الشروط والمتطلبات

Responsibilities include developing clear and inclusive job descriptions, posting roles on relevant platforms, building talent pipelines, and maintaining an organized applicant tracking process. The role involves collaborating closely with operations and fleet management teams to forecast staffing needs, support workforce planning, and ensure timely onboarding. The Recruitment Officer will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, maintain accurate recruitment data and reports, and uphold company standards for professionalism and compliance.
