شركة Lucid Motors Middle East تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس جودة وارد (Incoming Quality Engineer) في المملكة العربية السعودية، مسؤول عن أنشطة الجودة الواردة في موقع AMP2 والعمل مع فرق متعددة لضمان جودة المكونات وحماية خطوط الإنتاج.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- نشر استراتيجية الجودة الواردة والعمليات والأنشطة الخاصة بها.
- إعداد موارد وأدوات الجودة اللازمة.
- الاستجابة الفورية لأي خلل متعلق بالمورد مع احتواء فوري وحل مؤقت لحماية العميل الداخلي والخارجي.
- تحدي حلول الاحتواء وتوقيت التنفيذ.
- تطوير ونشر أساليب وأدوات ومنهجيات وتعليمات عمل فحص الجودة الواردة.
- التعاون مع فريق تقنية المعلومات لبناء وتحديث وحدة الجودة الواردة في نظام SAP.
- تدريب وتوجيه أعضاء فريق الجودة الواردة.
- مراقبة التحكم الإحصائي في العمليات عبر SAP عند الحاجة.
- ضمان دقة تسجيل فحوصات الجودة الواردة.
- تطوير خطط الجودة، وتصميم طرق الاختبار وأجهزة القياس، وتحديد أنماط الفشل المحتملة ونقاط ضعف العمليات، وقيادة الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- إنشاء وتنفيذ عمليات القسم مثل خطط التحكم وخطط التفاعل لحماية جودة المصنع والتسليم بالتعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف.
- التفاعل الوثيق مع الموردين وفرق تطوير جودة الموردين وسلسلة التوريد وهندسة الجودة لمواءمة المتطلبات والتوقعات.
- التعاون مع الموردين وممثليهم لضمان الاستجابة الفورية لمشكلات الجودة.
- إدارة عملية مطالبات الموردين بما في ذلك استرداد التكاليف وتتبع مراحل حل المشكلات والمواعيد النهائية.
- دعم عملية مجلس مراجعة المواد للتحقيق في عدم مطابقة الموردين وتحديد السبب الجذري والعمل مع الفريق لتحديد وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية ودفع الإجراءات الوقائية طويلة الأجل.
- إدارة خدمات الطرف الثالث داخل المصنع للفرز والإصلاح/اللمس، بما في ذلك تصميم الموارد وإعداد التقارير وتقييم الأداء الدوري.
- تتبع أداء جودة الموردين من خلال مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المحددة وطرق التفاعل بما في ذلك عملية التصعيد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة (يفضل الهندسة الصناعية أو الميكانيكية).
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في بيئة تصنيع عالية الإنتاجية (OEM) أمر إلزامي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في نفس الدور الوظيفي.
- القدرة على التأثير وكسب التوافق والتواصل الجيد مع الإدارة العليا.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى مع مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.
- مهارات قوية في تحليل البيانات وتصورها.
- الإلمام بوحدة الجودة في نظام SAP أمر مطلوب.
- الإلمام بنظام تنفيذ التصنيع (MES) يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات والرسومات الهندسية ومعرفة متعمقة بمعايير ومواصفات الجودة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل اللفظي والكتابي، ومهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق متعدد الوظائف مع مهارات شخصية قوية، والتوجه العملي والاعتماد على البيانات، والتكيف مع بيئة العمل الديناميكية، والعقلية الإبداعية في حل المشكلات.
- معرفة قوية بأدوات MS Office (MS-Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deploy Incoming Quality Strategy, processes and activities.
- Set-up Quality resources and tools.
- React immediately to any Supplier-related abnormality with urgency bringing an immediate containment and interim solution to the affected process to protect the internal and external customer.
- Challenge containment solutions and execution timing.
- Develop and deploy Incoming Quality inspection methods, tools, methodologies and work instructions.
- Collaborate with IT team to build and update the incoming Quality SAP module within SAP.
- Train and coach Incoming Quality team members.
- Monitor Statistical Process Control through SAP when required.
- Ensure Incoming Quality Inspection recording and accuracy.
- Develop quality plans, design test methods and gages, identify potential failure modes and process weaknesses and drive corrective actions.
- Create and implement departmental processes such as control and reaction plans to protect factory’s Quality & delivery with excellent cross-functional collaboration.
- Close interaction with suppliers, Supplier Quality Development, Supply Chain and Quality Engineering teams to align requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and supplier’s residents to ensure immediate reaction to Quality Issues.
- Manage supplier claims process including chargeback and tracking of problem-solving milestones and due dates.
- Support Material Review Board process to investigate for supplier non-conformities and determine root cause and work with cross-functional team to identify and implement corrective actions, drive sustained long-term permanent and preventive actions
- Manage third party services in house for sorting and repair/touch-up including resources design, reporting and regular performance evaluation.
- Track Supplier Quality Performance through defined KPIs and reactions modes including escalation process.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings and an in-depth knowledge of quality standards and specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Cross-functional Team player with strong interpersonal skills, hands-on and data driven, be able to adapt to the dynamic working environment, creative mindset in problem solving.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (MS-Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Creative, energetic, self-motivated and highly organized.
- BSc/master's degree in engineering required (Industrial Engineering or Mechanical preferred).
- 2-5 years in a high-volume OEM manufacturing background is a Must.
- Minimum 4 years of Experience within the same role is Required.
- Able to influence, gain consensus and can interface well with senior management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
- Familiarity with SAP Quality Module is required.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution System application is a plus.
