نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى مهندس دعم المبيعات التقنية تطوير أعمال ما بعد البيع وقطع الغيار والتوسع في المنشآت القائمة (Brownfield) عبر المملكة العربية السعودية والبحرين، مع التركيز على مرافق GOSP والنفط والغاز والمصافي والبتروكيماويات ومياه البحر. سيعتمد على قاعدة عملاء SLB الحالية (Cameron) كمدخل استراتيجي للمنشآت، وبناء علاقات موثوقة مع العملاء، وفهم التحديات التشغيلية، وتحويل الاحتياجات المحددة إلى فرص عبر مجموعة خدمات دورة الحياة الكاملة لـ PTS (Process Technologies & Solutions).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وتطوير قاعدة عملاء كاميرون الحالية (installed base) وتحديد فرص ما بعد البيع والترقية والاستبدال والخدمة ودورة الحياة.
- قيادة أعمال قطع الغيار للوحدة الجغرافية وضمان احتفاظ العملاء بمخزون مناسب ومحدّث من قطع الغيار.
- مراجعة المعدات المثبتة واحتياجات قطع الغيار لدى العملاء، وتحديد المكونات المتقادمة أو المتوقفة أو عالية المخاطر، وتنفيذ برامج استبدال قطع الغيار في SLB.
- تطوير استراتيجيات لقاعدة العملاء لزيادة موثوقية المعدات وتوفرها وقيمتها على مدى دورة الحياة.
- بناء شبكة قوية عبر إدارات العمليات والصيانة والهندسة والموثوقية والمشتريات والمشاريع.
- فهم مسارات الشراء لدى العملاء وأصحاب القرار والمواصفات ومتطلبات الموردين المعتمدين وعمليات الشراء.
- إجراء زيارات منتظمة للمنشآت لفهم العمليات وحل المشكلات وتحديد نقاط الألم لدى العملاء.
- استخدام قاعدة العملاء كمدخل لتوسيع علاقات SLB داخل المنشأة.
- الحصول على البيانات الفنية والتشغيلية والعملية اللازمة من العملاء.
- جمع البيانات والتحقق منها وهيكلتها وتحليلها لفهم ظروف المنشأة وأداء المعدات والتحديات التشغيلية وأسباب الجذور.
- العمل عن كثب مع خبراء SLB التقنيين وخبراء المجالات للحصول على استشارات متخصصة ودعم تطوير الحلول.
- ترجمة مشاكل العملاء إلى حلول عملية ذات قيمة مضافة من SLB، بما يشمل قدرات الأقسام الأخرى عند الاقتضاء.
- إعداد تقارير فنية وتقييمات ودراسات وعروض تقديمية توثق النتائج والتحليلات والتوصيات والحلول المقترحة.
- تقديم النتائج والتوصيات مباشرة إلى فرق الهندسة والعمليات والصيانة والإدارة لدى العميل.
- تطوير فهم عميق لمحفظة خدمات PTS الخاصة بالتوسع ودورة الحياة، بما في ذلك إدارة قطع الغيار والتقادم، واستبدال وترقية المكونات الداخلية، وترقية المعدات وإعادة التجهيز، ودراسات العمليات والأداء، ودراسات إزالة الاختناقات، ودراسات إعادة التجهيز والتحديث، وعقود التشغيل والصيانة، وخدمات دعم الصيانة والتركيب، وخدمات دعم الإيقاف التشغيلي والتفتيش، وعقود الصيانة، والخدمات المخبرية والتحليلية، وتحسين المعدات وحلول دورة الحياة.
- تحديد الفرص التي يمكن فيها دمج خدمات PTS المتعددة لتلبية متطلبات العملاء الأوسع.
- التركيز على منشآت التوسع (Brownfield) وإزالة الاختناقات وتحسين الموثوقية وإطالة دورة الحياة وتحسين الأداء التشغيلي.
- دعم العروض التقنية والمناقصات وورش العمل والعروض التقديمية للعملاء من خلال التسليم التجاري.
- العمل عن كثب مع الوحدة الجغرافية وخطوط المنتج وخبراء SLB والمركز الرئيسي لتطوير الفرص وتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- الحفاظ على معلومات السوق والمنافسين في المملكة العربية السعودية والبحرين.
- المشاركة في المؤتمرات وورش العمل والفعاليات التقنية لتعزيز مكانة SLB.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية/عملية أو الميكانيكية أو أي فرع هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صناعات النفط والغاز أو المصافي أو البتروكيماويات أو المياه/مياه البحر أو الصناعات التحويلية.
- خبرة في عمليات المنشآت أو الصيانة أو الموثوقية أو الهندسة تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- قدرة قوية على جمع البيانات وتحليلها وحل المشكلات التقنية وإعداد التقارير.
- مهارات قوية في التعامل مع العملاء وبناء العلاقات والمبيعات الاستشارية.
- خبرة في برامج المحاكاة الهندسية/تصميم العمليات/حجم المعدات تعتبر ميزة.
- العلاقات الحالية مع كبار المشغلين أو شركات المقاولات الهندسية (EPC) أو المنظمات الهندسية في المملكة والبحرين تعتبر ميزة.

The Technical Sales Support Engineer will drive installed-base aftermarket, spare parts and brownfield business development across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, focusing on GOSP, oil & gas, refineries, petrochemical and seawater facilities.

- Own and develop the legacy Cameron installed base, identifying aftermarket, upgrade, replacement, service and lifecycle opportunities.
- Drive spare-parts business for the Geounit and ensure customers maintain appropriate and up-to-date spare-parts inventories.
- Review installed equipment and customer spare-parts requirements, identify obsolete, discontinued or at-risk components, and proactively implement SLB spares obsolescence/replacement programs.
- Develop installed-base strategies to increase equipment reliability, availability and lifecycle value.
- Establish a strong network across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, Procurement and Projects.
- Understand facility procurement routes, decision makers, specifications, approved-vendor requirements and purchasing processes.
- Conduct regular facility visits to understand operations, troubleshoot issues and identify customer pain points.
- Use the installed base as a door opener to expand SLB relationships within the facility.
- Obtain necessary technical, operational and process data from clients.
- Compile, validate, structure and analyze data to understand facility conditions, equipment performance, operational challenges and root causes.
- Work closely with SLB's fleet of technical experts, subject-matter experts and technology domains to obtain specialist advice and support solution development.
- Translate customer problems into practical, value-driven SLB solutions, including cross-division capabilities where applicable.
- Prepare technical reports, assessments, studies and presentations documenting findings, analysis, recommendations and proposed solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations directly to client engineering, operations, maintenance and management teams.
- Develop a strong understanding of the diversity of the PTS brownfield and lifecycle-services portfolio, including:
- Spare parts & obsolescence management
- Internals replacement and upgrades
- Equipment upgrades and retrofit
- Process and performance studies
- Debottlenecking studies
- Retrofit and revamp studies
- Operations & Maintenance contracts
- Maintenance support and installation services
- Turnaround and inspection support/services
- Maintenance contracts
- Laboratory and analytical services
- Equipment optimization and lifecycle solutions
- Identify opportunities where multiple PTS services can be combined to address broader customer requirements.
- Focus on brownfield facilities, debottlenecking, reliability improvement, lifecycle extension and operational performance.
- Support technical proposals, tenders, workshops and customer presentations through commercial handover.
- Work closely with Geounit, Product Lines, SLB technical experts and HQ to develop opportunities and achieve KPIs.
- Maintain market and competitive intelligence across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
- Participate in conferences, workshops and technical events to strengthen SLB's
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process, Mechanical or related Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, water/seawater or process industries.
- Facility operations, maintenance, reliability or engineering experience is highly desirable.
- Strong capability in data collection, analysis, technical problem solving and report preparation.
- Strong customer-facing, networking and consultative-sales skills.
- Engineering/process simulation/design/equipment-sizing software experience is an advantage.
- Existing relationships with major KSA/Bahrain operators, EPCs or engineering organizations are advantageous.
