About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Travel Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Almosafer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of travel bookings, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in travel operations, customer service, or a similar role within the travel industry.

• Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
