تعلن الشركة السعودية للخدمات المحدودة عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي CAFM والتخطيط (CAFM & Planning Specialist) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة أنظمة CAFM.
- صيانة قواعد بيانات الأصول.
- إدارة سير عمل الصيانة.
- تطوير لوحات المعلومات التشغيلية.
- دعم مبادرات التحول الرقمي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات، الهندسة، إدارة المرافق أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أنظمة CAFM.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في شركات مثل: Saudi Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea Global, Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), Jeddah Airports Company (JEDCO), ENGIE Solutions, CBRE, JLL, ISS Facility Services.
- يفضل خبرة في العمليات واسعة النطاق، الصيانة، إدارة المرافق المتكاملة، المطارات، الرعاية الصحية، التعليم العالي، الضيافة، الحكومة، والبيئات الحيوية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان أنظمة CAFM (CAFM Platforms).
- شهادة Maximo أو خبرة في SAP PM (Maximo Certified / SAP PM).
- خبرة في أنظمة CMMS.
- إدارة سجلات الأصول (Asset Registers).
- التكامل مع نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS Integration).
- إتقان Power BI.
- إدارة جودة البيانات (Data Quality Management).

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent.
5+ years of CAFM experience.

Preferred Company Experience
Saudi Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea Global, Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), Jeddah Airports Company (JEDCO), ENGIE Solutions, CBRE, JLL, ISS Facility Services.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale operations, maintenance, integrated facilities management, airports, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, government, and critical infrastructure environments.
