نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية إنشاء وتطبيق برنامج فعال لمراقبة الجودة وضمانها، يركز على فحص المنتجات في مواقع العمل، وتحديد العمليات الميدانية التشغيلية، وإدارة اختبار الوحدات مع فريق التفتيش الخاص بالعميل قبل التسليم. يؤدي مهامه وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات العمل المقررة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتطبيق وصيانة أنظمة وبروتوكولات تقييم الجودة والتحكم فيها للمواد التي تُعالج إلى منتجات نصف مصنعة أو تامة في مواقع المشاريع الرئيسية.
- العمل كمصدر رئيسي لضمان الجودة للإدارة في تحديد المشكلات وحلها وتحسين العمليات باستمرار.
- مراجعة واعتماد متطلبات الجودة للتخطيط التصنيعي وأوامر الشراء للموردين والمواصفات الهندسية لضمان الامتثال للعقد.
- ابتكار خطط وطرق اختبار لضمان موثوقية تركيبات المنتجات.
- فحص الأجزاء والإمدادات المسلَّمة في مواقع العمل للتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات التعاقدية.
- تطوير وتطبيق وصيانة معايير الجودة لجميع أنشطة العمليات الميدانية.
- تصميم وتنفيذ طرق للتحكم في العمليات وتحسينها والاختبار والتفتيش.
- إجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية وإعادة هندسة العمليات لضمان استمرار المقاييس التشغيلية وفقاً للمعايير العالمية لمنتجات وخدمات أوتيس.
- تطوير وتطبيق نظام الجودة وصيانته من خلال التدقيق الداخلي وضمان الامتثال للعمليات المحددة.
- التنسيق مع فرق التفتيش الخاصة بالعميل وفرق ضمان الجودة داخل أوتيس عالمياً لتحديد أفضل الممارسات ونشرها محلياً.
- تصميم وتقديم مواد تدريبية حول معايير وأنشطة الجودة.
- المشاركة في عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي للجودة.
- تحديث سياسات وإجراءات السلامة عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها.
- شهادة ذات صلة مثل مهندس جودة معتمد (CQE) أو ما يعادلها (يفضل).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال العمليات الهندسية ضمن صناعة النقل العمودي (المصاعد والسلالم المتحركة).
- السعوديون مفضلون.

The role holder is responsible for creating and implementing an effective quality control and assurance program that focuses on inspecting products at worksites, defining field operational processes and manages the testing of the units with the client’s inspection team before handover. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Core Responsibilities
- Develops, applies and maintains quality evaluation, control systems and protocols for materials being processed into partially finished or finished products at major project worksites.
- Serves as the primary quality assurance resource to department working for problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Reviews and approves quality requirements for manufacturing planning, supplier purchase orders, and engineering specifications to ensure contract compliance.
- Devises testing plans and methods to assure reliability of product installations.
- Inspects parts and supplies delivered at work sites to ensure compliance with product specifications and contractual agreements.
- Develops, applies and maintains quality standards for all field operation activities.
- Designs and implements methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
- Performs root cause analysis and recommends corrective actions and process reengineering to ensure that operational metrics are maintained as per the globally defined standards for Otis products and services.
- Develops and implements quality system, and maintains them through internal audit ensuring compliance with set processes.
- Coordinates with client’s inspection teams and quality assurance teams within Otis globally to identify best practices and deploy them locally.
- Designs and delivers training material on quality standards and activities.
- Participates in internal and external quality audits.
- Updates safety policies and procedures when required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent
- Relevant certification such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in performing engineering operations within the vertical transportation industry
- Saudi nationals preferred
