دبليو إس بي (WSP) تبحث عن Associate - Structures Design للعمل في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، للانضمام إلى فريق الهندسة الإنشائية والإشراف على تصميم الهياكل في المشاريع الكبرى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كجهة اتصال رئيسية مع العملاء، وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.
- دعم أنشطة تطوير الأعمال، بما في ذلك اجتماعات العملاء، والتواصل، وإعداد العروض، والعروض التقديمية، وتقديم المناقصات.
- تحديد الفرص لتوسيع العلاقات القائمة مع العملاء وتأمين فرص مشاريع جديدة.
- المساهمة في المناقشات التجارية، وعروض الأسعار، وتحديد النطاق، والتفاوض على العقود.
- قيادة التسليم الإنشائي للمباني المعقدة، مع ضمان الجودة والتميز الفني والامتثال للمعايير.
- تقديم إرشادات فنية عملية لفرق المشروع ودعم حل التحديات الهندسية ومشاكل التسليم.
- مراجعة والإشراف على الحسابات الإنشائية والتقارير والرسومات والمستندات الفنية.
- تنسيق الموارد الهندسية الإنشائية في مكتب جدة لضمان تسليم المشاريع بكفاءة.
- التعاون الوثيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لتحقيق نتائج ناجحة.
- إدارة برامج المشاريع والميزانيات والتسليمات لتلبية توقعات العملاء.
- تعزيز الابتكار والتسليم الرقمي وأفضل الممارسات في الهندسة الإنشائية وسير عمل BIM.
- توجيه ودعم المهندسين داخل الفريق، وتشجيع التطوير الفني وتبادل المعرفة.
- تمثيل الأعمال في اجتماعات العملاء وورش العمل والفعاليات الصناعية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 18 عامًا في الهندسة الإنشائية، بما في ذلك تسليم مشاريع المباني الكبرى.
- خبرة قوية في العمل المباشر مع العملاء وإدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة.
- مشاركة مثبتة في تطوير الأعمال، وإعداد العروض، والفوز بأعمال جديدة.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة تسليم المشاريع مع الموازنة بين التوقعات الفنية والتجارية والعملاء.
- فهم قوي للخرسانة المسلحة والصلب وهياكل المباني المعقدة.
- خبرة في حل التحديات الفنية والتصميمية في المشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
- معرفة واسعة بمعايير التصميم السعودية والإقليمية والدولية.
- إتقان برامج التحليل الإنشائي والتصميم ومنصات BIM.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والعرض.
- وعي تجاري مع القدرة على دعم نمو الأعمال.

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director / Associate - Structural Engineering to grow our Structural Engineering team in Jeddah. This is a key position responsible for coordinating the local structural design office, managing the delivery of major building projects, strengthening client relationships, and driving business growth across the Kingdom.
The successful candidate will combine exceptional technical expertise with strong commercial awareness, business development capability, and the ability to confidently represent the business with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Act as a key client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Support business development activities, including client meetings, networking, proposal preparation, presentations, and bid submissions.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and secure new project opportunities.
- Contribute to commercial discussions, fee proposals, scope definition, and contract negotiations.
- Lead the structural delivery of complex building projects, ensuring quality, technical excellence, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Provide practical technical guidance to project teams and support the resolution of engineering and project delivery challenges.
- Review and oversee structural calculations, reports, drawings, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate structural engineering resources within the Jeddah office to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Promote innovation, digital delivery, and best practice across structural engineering and BIM workflows.
- Mentor and support engineers within the team, encouraging technical development and knowledge sharing.
- Represent the business in client meetings, workshops, and industry events.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- 18+ years of experience in structural engineering, including the delivery of major building projects.
- Strong experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated involvement in business development, proposal preparation, and winning new work.
- Proven ability to manage project delivery while balancing technical, commercial, and client expectations.
- Strong understanding of reinforced concrete, steel, and complex building structures.
- Experience resolving technical and design-related challenges on multidisciplinary projects.
- Extensive knowledge of Saudi, regional, and international design codes and standards.
- Proficiency in structural analysis, design software, and BIM platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to support the growth of the business.
