مجموعة الطاير تعلن عن وظيفة HR Business Partner في جدة، السعودية. نبحث عن مدير موارد بشرية ذي خبرة تجارية لدعم عمليات الموارد البشرية في المملكة، وتطوير استراتيجية الأفراد، وضمان التميز التشغيلي والامتثال في جميع أنحاء المنطقة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المساهمة في تطوير استراتيجية المنطقة (KSA) من خلال تقديم رؤى تشغيلية للموارد البشرية وضمان تضمين أهداف الأفراد في الخطط التجارية.
  • دعم تطوير وتنفيذ خطط أعمال الموارد البشرية المتماشية مع استراتيجية الموارد البشرية المؤسسية.
  • إدارة ميزانيات الموارد البشرية بالشراكة مع Senior HR Business Partner لضمان فعالية التكاليف والكفاءة التشغيلية.
  • تنفيذ خطط وسياسات وإجراءات الموارد البشرية وفقًا للمعايير المؤسسية والمتطلبات التنظيمية المحلية.
  • دفع التحسين المستمر وتحديد التحسينات الخاصة بالمنطقة في عمليات الموارد البشرية.
  • العمل كممثل للموارد البشرية في جميع أنحاء المملكة، وتقديم الدعم اليومي للموظفين والقادة.
  • ضمان عمليات التوظيف والتهيئة وتقييم الأداء في الوقت المناسب.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للموظفين وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات الحكومية بما في ذلك GOSI.
  • التنسيق بشكل وثيق مع إدارة العلاقات الحكومية لدعم التوثيق التشريعي والمعالجة التنظيمية.
  • إدارة شكاوى الموظفين والقضايا التأديبية والتحقيقات، وتقديم التوجيه للمديرين التنفيذيين وضمان نتائج عادلة ومتوافقة.
  • الحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع الموظفين ومعالجة المشكلات بشكل استباقي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الدراسات العليا في الموارد البشرية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية.
  • معرفة قوية في مجالات التعويضات والمزايا، إدارة الأداء، وعمليات الموارد البشرية.
  • إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية بشكل أساسي.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والتيسير والقيادة.
  • الاستعداد للسفر حسب الحاجة.

About The Role 

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Human Resources Manager to support and lead all their assigned HR operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role will play a critical part in shaping people strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high-performing employee experience across the region.

Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, the role will oversee recruitment, employee services, performance management, reward and benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance, while aligning closely with regional business objectives and corporate HR frameworks.

What you’ll be doing

 

Strategic & Business Partnership

  • Contribute to the development of the regional KSA strategy by providing HR operational insights and ensuring people objectives are embedded into business plans.

  • Support the development and execution of HR business plans aligned with wider corporate HR strategy.

 

HR Operations & Governance

  • Manage HR budgets in partnership with the Senior HR Business Partner, ensuring effective cost control and operational efficiency.

  • Implement HR plans, policies, and procedures in line with corporate standards and local regulatory requirements.

  • Drive continuous improvement and identify region-specific enhancements to HR processes.

 

Employee Lifecycle & Compliance

  • Act as the HR representative across KSA, providing day-to-day HR support to employees and leaders.

  • Ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisal processes.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with governmental requirements, including GOSI.

  • Coordinate closely with Government Relations to support legislative documentation and regulatory processing.

 

Employee Relations

  • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and investigations, providing guidance to line managers and ensuring fair, compliant outcomes.

  • Maintain positive employee relations and address issues proactively.

 

About You

  • Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience

  • Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits, performance management, and HR operations.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, and leadership skills.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
