مجموعة أباريل تبحث عن نادل أول (Senior Waiter) للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية. ستلعب دوراً حيوياً في الحفاظ على أعلى معايير الخدمة والنظافة في قاعة الطعام، وضمان تجربة طعام سلسة وممتعة للعملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في تنظيف المطعم صباحاً لضمان بيئة منعشة ومرحبة.
- تنظيف وتعقيم جميع أدوات الخدمة قبل كل وجبة، مع الالتزام بمستوى عالٍ من النظافة.
- دعم النادل الرئيسي (Captain Waiter) في تجهيز المطعم، بما في ذلك تحضير الميزان بلاس (mise en place).
- الحفاظ على مظهر مهني ونظيف بما يتوافق مع معايير الشركة.
- نقل الطعام من المطبخ إلى قاعة الطعام لضمان خدمة سريعة وفعالة.
- المساعدة في وضع أطباق الطعام على طاولات العملاء بأسلوب ودود وخدمة دافئة.
- تغيير منافض السجائر وتعبئة أكواب الماء أثناء الخدمة، وتوقع احتياجات النزلاء.
- ترتيب الطاولات بعد الوجبات وضمان بقاء منطقة الطعام نظيفة ومرتبة.
- نقل الأطباق والأكواب المتسخة إلى منطقة غسل الصحون، والحفاظ على مساحة عمل نظيفة.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني مع النادل الرئيسي واتباع تعليماته وتوجيهاته.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور مماثل، ويفضل في مطعم فاخر (fine dining).
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية للتواصل الفعال مع النزلاء والزملاء.
- شهادة صحية سارية أو الاستعداد للحصول عليها.

- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين، والقدرة على تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية.
