شركة سوبي تعلن عن وظيفة Medical Science Liaison (MSL) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، لتقديم الدعم العلمي لفريق الميدان في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا وتركيا (MENAT) وفريق الشؤون الطبية الإقليمي، وللاتصال بقادة الرأي الرئيسيين بما يعزز سمعة الشركة ويخدم مصلحة المرضى.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذا الدور سيوفر دعماً علمياً لفريق الميدان في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا وتركيا (MENAT)، وفريق الشؤون الطبية في المكتب الإقليمي، بالإضافة إلى قادة الرأي الرئيسيين الخارجيين. سيكون الدور محورياً في بناء وتعزيز سمعة الشركة لدى مقدمي الرعاية الصحية من خلال تقديم المعلومات الطبية المطلوبة لصالح المرضى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد وتطوير والحفاظ على علاقات تعاونية مع قادة الرأي الرئيسيين والخبراء العلميين وأصحاب المصلحة الطبية العلمية الآخرين.
- مشاركة المعلومات مع فرق الميدان والمكتب الرئيسي بشأن الاتصالات مع قادة الرأي الرئيسيين.
- تقديم اتصالات طبية وعلمية عالية الجودة وفقاً لخطط الاتصال على مستوى الشركة ووحدة الأعمال.
- إنشاء وتنفيذ خطة التواصل مع مراكز التميز.
- دعم فريق الشؤون الطبية والفريق التجاري في الشركة التابعة لتطوير التكتيكات الطبية المحلية وتقديم مدخلات للخطط الإقليمية عند الاقتضاء.
- تنظيم وإعداد المجالس الاستشارية العلمية مع أصحاب المصلحة المناسبين.
- العمل مع فريق الوصول للمرضى المحلي وبالتنسيق مع وظيفة الوصول للمرضى في المقر الرئيسي لدعم الوصول إلى السوق المحلي والتسعير والسداد.
- المساهمة ودعم الجوانب الطبية العلمية في مختلف الأنشطة محلياً وإقليمياً.
- تقديم ملاحظات محلية وإقليمية للمكتب الإقليمي عند إجراء العناية الواجبة للتطوير التجاري وتحليل المنافسين.
- تقديم مساهمات للبرامج الطبية التي يقودها المكتب الإقليمي قبل الإطلاق.
- حضور المؤتمرات والندوات المحلية والإقليمية والعالمية ذات الصلة لتمثيل سوبي والتفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة والعملاء المناسبين.
- تسهيل وإدارة استخدام المرضى المسجلين (NPU) بالتنسيق مع أنشطة سوبي العامة في هذا المجال.
- ضمان إكمال جميع التدريبات الأولية والمستمرة المطلوبة في اللوائح والسياسات المحلية والالتزام بها.
- بالتنسيق مع المدير الطبي ومدير العلوم الطبية: اقتراح وتنفيذ ومراقبة خطة العمل الطبية الإقليمية (الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية) التي تشمل دراسات المرحلة الثالثة أو الرابعة ودراسات الباحثين ودراسات ما بعد الترخيص والمشاريع الطبية الترويجية والتعليمية.
- تقديم مدخلات استباقية وفي الوقت المناسب لاستراتيجية العلامة التجارية والخطة والميزانية.
- الرد على الأسئلة الطبية من العملاء وزملاء الشركة.
- ضمان التدريب الطبي الأولي والمستمر لفرق الميدان.
- التحقق من المعلومات الطبية للفريق.
- العمل مع فرق الميدان في العلاقات العامة أو الندوات مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية.
- التواصل مع مجموعات الدفاع عن المرضى.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال طبي (صيدلة، طب)؛ يفضل درجة دراسات عليا في مجال طبي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين كـ Medical Science Liaison (MSL).
- خبرة في أسواق دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي بما فيها المملكة العربية السعودية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- طلاقة في الكتابة والتحدث باللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Excel، PowerPoint، Word).
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة محافظ متنوعة وتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية الطبية.
- انضباط تشغيلي قوي ومهارات تنفيذ.
- التوافق مع القيم الأساسية لسوبي: الرعاية، الملكية، الاستعجال، الشراكة، الطموح.
- يفضل خبرة في مجال أمراض الدم والأمراض النادرة.

Job Description
This role will provide scientific support to the MENAT field team, regional head office Medical Affairs team and external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and be instrumental in establishing and enhancing the company’s reputation with HCPs delivering the required medical information in the interest of benefits of patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and maintain collaborative relationships with KOLs, scientific experts and other medical scientific stakeholders.
- Share information with field and head-office teams regarding communications with KOLs
- Deliver high quality medical and scientific communications in line with defined corporate level and Business Unit communication plans.
- Create and execute center of excellence engagement plan.
- Support affiliate’s Medical and Commercial team in developing local medical tactics and provide input to regional plans if relevant.
- Organize and set up scientific advisory boards with the appropriate key stakeholders.
- Work with local patient access team and in co-ordination with the HQ patient access function to support local market access, pricing and reimbursement.
- Contribute and support medical scientific aspects in various activities locally and regionally.
- Provide local and regional feedback to regional office when performing Business Development Due Diligence and competitor analysis.
- Delivery input to regional office led medical programs ahead of launch.
- Attend relevant local, regional and global congresses and symposiums to represent Sobi and interact with appropriate stakeholders and customers.
- Facilitate and manage named-patient use (NPU), in collaboration with Sobi’s overall activities in this field
- Ensure ongoing completion of all required initial and ongoing training in local regulations and policies, and adherence to those regulations and policies.
- In coordination with the Medical Director and MSM : Propose, implement and monitor the regional medical action plan (Strategic & Operational) which includes Phase 3 or 4 studies, investigator studies, post-authorization studies, promotional and educational medical projects.
- Proactive and timely input into Brand Strategy, plan and budget
- To respond to medical questions from customers and company colleagues
- To ensure initial and continued medical training of field teams
- To validate team’s medical information
- To work with field teams on public relations or symposia with healthcare professionals.
- Liaison with patient advocacy groups
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a medical field (Pharmacy, Medicine); postgraduate degree in a medical field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL)
- Experience within GCC markets, including Saudi Arabia, is advantageous
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse portfolios and meet medical KPIs
- Strong operational discipline and execution skills

- Experience in haematology and rare diseases field is desirable
