تسعى شركة تابي (Tabby) في المملكة العربية السعودية إلى توظيف شريك تجربة الموظفين (People Experience Partner) ليكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة تجربة الموظفين بشكل كامل في كيانها السعودي، بصفته شريكاً عملياً للموظفين.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى شريك تجربة الموظفين مسؤولية تجربة الموظف الشاملة لكيان تابي في المملكة العربية السعودية، ويعمل كشريك عملي للموظفين. يجمع هذا الدور بين تجربة الانضمام والمغادرة، وتمكين إدارة الأداء، إلى جانب التخطيط للسعودة ومعرفة عميقة بالعلاقات الحكومية السعودية. في بيئة سريعة النمو، يضمن الدور تواصل الموظفين مع الشركة منذ اليوم الأول، وسير عمليات الموظفين بسلاسة وفقاً للمعايير.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق جلسات الأداء والمعايرة مع المدراء.
- ضمان سير دورة إدارة الأداء (PMS) وفق العملية، وتحفيز إكمال التقييمات الذاتية وتقييمات المدراء والمعالم الدورية في الوقت المحدد.
- إدارة حالات خطط تحسين الأداء (PIP) من البداية إلى النهاية، بدءاً من الإعداد وصولاً إلى متابعة التقدم الشهري والإغلاق.
- التخطيط للسعودة بالتعاون مع فريق اكتساب المواهب، ومواءمة التعيينات مع أهداف السعودة وإجراء مراجعات ربع سنوية.
- دفع تبني وتحسين سير العمل الرقمية للانضمام والمغادرة، والعمل على تحسينها.
- إدارة تجربة الانضمام من خلال تقديم جلسات تعريفية وتوجيه الموظفين الجدد لضمان تواصلهم مع الشركة منذ اليوم الأول.
- تيسير عمليات المغادرة والانضمام، وتحويل الرؤى المستخلصة إلى خطط عمل واضحة ونتائج تحسن معدل الاحتفاظ وتجربة الموظف.
- قيادة التقويم السنوي للمشاركة والترفيه المحلي بالتعاون مع الجهات المعنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة كشريك أعمال موارد بشرية أو أخصائي موارد بشرية عام، مع أساس سابق في عمليات الموارد البشرية.
- خبرة في شركات سريعة النمو و/أو الشركات الناشئة (قابلية التكيف السريع).
- المرونة القطاعية؛ يفضل التعامل مع الخدمات المالية / التكنولوجيا المالية.
- معرفة قوية بقانون العمل السعودي وأنواع العقود، وإدارة الموظفين الوافدين والمواطنين السعوديين.
- خبرة عملية في العلاقات الحكومية (GR) والبوابات والعمليات الحكومية ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في السعودة (التخطيط والشراكة مع اكتساب المواهب).
- الإلمام بدورات إدارة الأداء.
- الإلمام بحالات النقل والانتقال.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والشراكة التجارية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض؛ شخصية اجتماعية ومحبوبة.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة النمو عالية السرعة.
- اللغة العربية: اللغة الأم / طلاقة - تحدثاً وكتابة.
- اللغة الإنجليزية: كفاءة مهنية - تحدثاً وكتابة.

About the role:
The People Experience Partner owns the end-to-end employee experience for Tabby's KSA entity, acting as a hands-on people partner to the business. The role brings together the onboarding and offboarding experience and performance-management enablement, alongside Saudization planning and a strong grounding in Saudi government relations. Working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, it ensures employees connect with the business from day one and that people processes run smoothly and to standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate performance and calibration sessions with managers.
- Ensure Performance Management (PMS) Cycle runs to process - driving timely completion of self-reviews, manager ratings, and cycle milestones.
- Own PIP cases end to end, from setup through monthly progress check-ins to closure
- Own Saudization planning in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team - aligning hiring with Saudization targets and conducting quarterly reviews with TA.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of digital onboarding & offboarding workflow and optimization.
- Own the onboarding experience deliver onboarding sessions and guide new joiners through the journey so they connect with the business from day one
- Facilitate Exit & Onboarding and turn the insights into clear action plans and outcomes that improve retention and employee experience.
- Lead the annual local engagement and recreation calendar in partnership with stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with an earlier grounding in HR Operations.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth companies and/or startups (able to "plug and play").
- Industry-flexible; financial services / fintech exposure is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of Saudi labour law and contract types, and of managing expatriate and Saudi national employees.
- Hands-on experience with government relations (GR) and related government portals and processes.
- Experience with Saudization (planning and partnering with Talent Acquisition.
- Familiarity with performance-management cycles
- Awareness of relocation and mobility cases.
- Strong stakeholder management and business-partnering skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; outgoing and personable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Arabic: Native / Fluent - spoken and written
- English: Professional proficiency - spoken and written
