Key Responsibilities

1. Develop sourcing plans for new local vendors, evaluate quotations, and negotiate to achieve target pricing.
2. Visit suppliers, maintain strong supplier relationships, and negotiate optimal payment terms, delivery schedules, pricing, and service conditions.
3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Production, Engineering, and Maintenance, to identify MRO material specifications, confirm requirements, and prioritize procurement requests.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); data analysis skills are an advantage.
4. Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory.
