THE TEAM

As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will report to the Team Leader and play an important role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Working closely with colleagues across restaurant operations, you will help maintain the highest service, hygiene and brand standards while creating memorable guest interactions.

YOUR ROLE

As a Waiter, you will be a key ambassador of the guest experience, delivering attentive and personalised food and beverage service in line with Rosewood Hotel Group standards. You will ensure smooth restaurant operations by taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, and contributing to a welcoming environment where every guest feels valued.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

<li style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;"="">Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while ensuring every guest receives attentive, prompt and personalised care.<li style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;"="">Take and process guest orders accurately through the POS system while promoting menu items and beverage selections through suggestive selling.<li style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;"="">Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty coffees, wines and other beverages, in accordance with service standards.<li style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;"="">Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organisation and presentation of assigned stations, dining areas and equipment.<li style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;"="">Handle guest enquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.<li style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;"="">Uphold all Rosewood brand, Forbes, LQA, HACCP, health, safety and hygiene standards while supporting compliance across daily operations.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

<li style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;"="">You have a strong track record of delivering exceptional service within a restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment.<li style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;"="">You are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and building positive relationships.<li style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;"="">You communicate confidently in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.<li style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;"="">You are organised, detail-oriented and able to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.<li style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;"="">You are comfortable using POS systems and handling food and beverage orders with accuracy.<li style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;"="">You work collaboratively with colleagues, demonstrate sound judgement and take pride in maintaining the highest service standards.
