THE TEAM

As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will report to the Restaurant Manager and play an important role in delivering exceptional restaurant experiences. Working closely with service associates and culinary colleagues, you will help ensure seamless operations, strong team engagement, and outstanding guest satisfaction.

YOUR ROLE

As Team Leader, you will support the daily operation of the restaurant by supervising service delivery, guiding associates, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. You will serve as a key link between management and the team, ensuring operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and compliance with brand and service excellence standards.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to established procedures and standards.
• Lead, coach, and support associates through on-the-job guidance, training, and performance development.
• Build strong guest relationships by delivering personalised service, resolving concerns, and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Drive revenue opportunities through menu recommendations, beverage knowledge, and promotion of food and beverage offerings.
• Support operational planning through scheduling, stock requisitions, and effective resource management.
• Uphold Rosewood, Forbes, LQA, HACCP, and local hygiene standards while representing the brand at every guest interaction.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have a strong track record in restaurant supervision or service leadership within a luxury hospitality environment.
• You are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and building lasting guest relationships.
• You can confidently lead, motivate, and develop team members in a fast-paced operation.
• You possess a sound understanding of food and beverage service styles, operational controls, and restaurant best practices.
• You communicate effectively in English and work collaboratively with guests, colleagues, and management.
• You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
