Role Description The مندوب مبيعات (Sales Representative) role at Alshareef for Building Materials is a full-time, on-site position based in Jiddah. The Sales Representative is responsible for visiting customers, presenting building material products, understanding client needs, and providing suitable product recommendations and quotations. Daily tasks include managing and growing a portfolio of clients, following up on orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, and handling basic after-sales support. The role also involves achieving sales targets, preparing simple sales reports, maintaining accurate customer records, and representing the company professionally in the local market. Collaboration with colleagues and adherence to company policies and ethical standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including the ability to build trust, negotiate, and close deals.
• Basic knowledge of building materials or a willingness to learn product specifications and applications.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of customers in a professional manner.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client visits, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Jiddah, travel locally to customer locations, and adapt to field-based work conditions.
• Comfort with basic reporting and use of simple digital tools or systems for recording sales activities and customer data.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to meeting sales goals and delivering quality service.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in building materials or a related field, is an advantage.
• High school diploma or above and proficiency in Arabic; basic English skills are an added benefit.
