تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة فني تدفئة وتهوية وتكييف (HVAC Technician) للعمل في قاعدة الأمير سلطان الجوية (PSAB) بالخرج، المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك لدعم عمليات الإسناد والخدمات التشغيلية للقاعدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تقييمات حالة أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والتحقق من المخزون في نظام SMS BUILDER.
- دعم التقييمات القائمة على الصيانة أثناء الصيانة الدورية (PM) وتحديث التوثيق وفقًا لقواعد إغلاق العمل.
- تحديد التناقضات في المخزون/التقييمات وتصحيحها ضمن الإطارات الزمنية المطلوبة.
- تقديم توصيات على مستوى النظام لقادة Sub-AMP/AMP لتحديد أولويات المتطلبات والتخطيط الاستثماري.
- المشاركة في مجموعات عمل Sub-AMP ودعم تطوير وموازنة خطط الصيانة الدورية واستراتيجيات الصيانة التصحيحية.
- دعم معايير جودة البيانات والمساعدة في المراجعات الربعية لجودة وتوقيت إدخال البيانات في الورش.
- التنسيق مع ورش عمليات الطيران بشأن تجميع مهام العمل وحل التعارضات لعروض WRRB.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أن يكون مواطنًا أمريكيًا مع رخصة قيادة أمريكية سارية.
- امتلاك جواز سفر (دفتر جواز وليس بطاقة) مع صلاحية متبقية لا تقل عن 13 شهرًا و6 صفحات فارغة للتأشيرات/الأختام.
- الحصول على تصريح أمني سري (SECRET Clearance) أمريكي ساري المفعول والحفاظ عليه.
- القدرة على القراءة والكتابة والتحدث والفهم باللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- استيفاء متطلبات مسرح CENTCOM MOD-15.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال البنى التحتية (structures trade) ومستوى 5 (أو ما يعادله) من سلاح الجو الأمريكي.
- إكمال دورات AFIT: WENG 200 وWENG 440 وWMGT 231 وWMGT 417.
- خبرة في تنفيذ عمليات التفتيش/التقييم وتوثيق النتائج بدقة.
- القدرة على الحصول/الحفاظ على صلاحية الوصول المطلوبة لأنشطة SMS القائمة على الدور (مقيّم أو قراءة فقط حسب التخصيص).
المهارات المطلوبة (مفضلة)
- خبرة في أنظمة أتمتة المباني وغرف الميكانيكا.
- خبرة كمقيّم BUILDER (الإلمام باستيراد/تصدير BRED ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة في دعم برامج الصيانة القائمة على مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPI).

The KBR PSAB Program provides comprehensive BASE OPERATING SUPPORT-INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). These services are delivered to support the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), mission partners, and tenant units, encompassing a diverse range of personnel including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel. Additionally, the program extends its services to encompass five (5) remote Army sites within PSAB. Roles And Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC system condition assessments and inventory validation in SMS BUILDER
- Support maintenance-based assessments during PM where applicable and document updates per work closeout rules
- Identify inventory/assessment discrepancies and correct within required timelines
- Provide system-level recommendations to Sub-AMP/AMP leadership for requirement prioritization and investment planning
- Participate in Sub-AMP working groups and support the development/balancing of PM plans and CM strategies
- Support data quality standards and assist with quarterly reviews of shop data entry quality/timeliness
- Coordinate with Operations Flight shops on work task grouping and deconfliction for WRRB submissions
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U. S. Driver's License.
- Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 13 months of remaining validity AND 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
- Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearance
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
- Candidate must also meet CENTCOM MOD-15 theater requirements.
- Air Force minimum 5-level (or equivalent) and 5+ years experience in structures trade
- AFIT required: WENG 200, WENG 440, WMGT 231, WMGT 417
- Experience executing inspections/assessments and documenting findings accurately
- Ability to obtain/maintain access required for role-based SMS activities (assessor/read-only as assigned)
- Experience with building automation systems and facility mechanical rooms
- BUILDER assessor experience (BRED import/export familiarity is a plus)
- Experience supporting KPI-driven sustainment programs
