فرصة توظيف في شركة KBR, Inc. بمدينة الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية، لوظيفة مهندس موثوقية (كهرباء) للمساهمة في برنامج الموثوقية الشامل لأصول المصفاة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد إطار ومنهجية لتقييم الأهمية وبرنامج تحسين الموثوقية لأصول المصفاة.
  • قيادة وإجراء تحليل أهمية الأصول (Asset Criticality Analysis) لجميع أصول المصفاة.
  • جمع بيانات تقييم الأهمية، وقيادة/إجراء ورش عمل تقييم الأهمية، وتجميع النتائج في تقارير مناسبة، وإدخال البيانات في نظام SAP مع المستندات الداعمة.
  • قيادة تطبيق منهجيات الموثوقية المختلفة لجميع أنواع الأصول من خلال إنشاء برامج موثوقية تدعم التميز التشغيلي.
  • العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للمراجعات والمسائل الفنية المتعلقة بتطوير ثقافة الموثوقية في المشاريع والمرافق التشغيلية، مع تقديم التوجيه لحماية موثوقية الأصول طوال دورة حياتها.
  • إدارة وتنفيذ إجراءات إدارة دورة حياة الأصول مثل تصنيف أهمية الأصول، وSAP Taxonomy، وحدود التشغيل (IOW)، وإجراءات تطوير الصيانة، وتطوير البيانات الرئيسية في SAP، وقوائم المواد (BOM) في SAP، وتنفيذ SAP-PMs وفعاليتها.
  • بدء وإجراء الدراسات الأساسية لتحسين المرافق والأصول التشغيلية، مع تقديم خدمات فنية متخصصة في التخصصات الهندسية ذات الصلة، والعمل كمستشار في المشكلات والتصاميم والمشاريع الهندسية المعقدة، والتنسيق مع فرق المصنع.
  • تكييف الدروس المستفادة من المقاييس المرجعية وحالات السلامة المحددة من الأحداث، وتقديم التوصيات بالتشاور مع الإدارة لضمان استمرارية تطبيق منهجية الحفاظ على سلامة المعدات الحرجة ضمن برنامج الموثوقية الشامل للتخفيف من التهديدات المحتملة الناشئة عن التغيرات في سيناريوهات المخاطر الكبرى.
  • العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لتحليل الأداء والتكامل، واقتراح طرق لمنع الأعطال المزمنة، ودعم مراجعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لبرنامج الموثوقية.
  • تقديم التقارير لمدير المشروع وقيادة قسم الموثوقية لتسليم النتائج الدورية والتقارير الأسبوعية/النصف شهرية عن تقدم المشروع.
  • العمل عن كثب مع فريق تنفيذ المشروع لضمان الإلمام الكامل والالتزام ببرنامج تحول الموثوقية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة ذات الصلة مع أساسيات قوية ومهارات فنية في التخصص.
  • خلفية في موثوقية المواقع (site reliability) ومعرفة قوية بعمليات المصفاة.
  • تدريب في منهجية تحليل جذور الأعطال (مثل Apollo Root Cause Analysis via Reality Charting أو منهجية مشابهة)، والقدرة على تسهيل عمليات RCA وACA.
  • معرفة بـ SIS وRBI تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صناعة النفط/الغاز/البتروكيماويات. يفضل خبرة في المعدات الثابتة والدوارة، وأنظمة الأجهزة والكهرباء، وفهم أنماط أعطالها والحلول المحتملة.
  • خبرة في عمليات التشغيل، الصيانة، ما قبل التشغيل، التشغيل، والتسليم تعتبر ميزة.
  • إلمام كامل بمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المتعلقة بموثوقية تشغيل المصنع والقدرة على دعمها وتحقيقها.
  • خبرة في إدارة إجراءات دورة حياة الأصول مثل تصنيف أهمية الأصول، SAP Taxonomy، حدود التشغيل (IOW)، إجراءات تطوير الصيانة، تطوير البيانات الرئيسية في SAP، قوائم المواد (BOM) في SAP، وتنفيذ SAP-PMs وفعاليتها.
  • مهارات القيادة وإدارة الفرق.

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

KBR is looking for Reliability Engineer - To coordinate and execute responsibilities relating to governing and establishing the Total reliability program Framework throughout the remaining asset lifecycle in Refinery.

Responsibilities

  • To prepare framework and methodology for criticality assessment and Reliability improvement program of refinery assets.
  • To lead and Perform Asset Criticality Analysis for all the refinery assets
  • To collect all data for criticality assessment, Lead/conduct Asset Criticality assessment workshops, Compilation of workshop finding in suitable reports and populate the data in required format for uploading in SAP with supporting documents.
  • Champion the implementation of various reliability methodologies for all asset types by establishing reliability programs to sustain operational excellence.
  • Shall lead the team as the focal point of contact for reviews and technical matters related to reliability culture development in projects and operating facilities with guidance to safeguard the asset reliability throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • Shall administer and perform the Asset Lifecycle management procedures such as Asset criticality ranking, SAP Taxonomy, Asset Operating Limits [IOW], Asset maintenance development procedures, and Master data developments in SAP, Bill of Materials BOM in SAP, active SAP-PMs Implementation and effectiveness.
  • Shall initiate and conduct essential studies for facilities and operational asset improvements, while providing specialized technical service in relevant engineering disciplines, acts as a consultant on complex engineering problems, designs, and/or projects, coordinates with plant-wide teams.
  • Responsible to adapt lessons learned from benchmark and safety cases identified from events, providing recommendations - in consultation with management to provide continuous assurance methodology is applied to sustain the health of Safety-Critical Equipment’s concerning Total Reliability program are sufficient to mitigate any potential threats arising from changes in major hazard scenarios.
  • Shall Work with multidisciplinary teams assigned to analyse specific integrity and performance analysis, and suggest methods for the prevention of chronic failures. Support to review the Total Reliability program KPIs.
  • Shall report to Project Manager and lead the Reliability section to deliver the periodic outcomes and weekly/fortnightly report on project progress.
  • Work closely with the project execution team to ensure his complete familiarization and commitment with the Reliability Transformation Program, which will be a key factor for the success of this Reliability Transformation Project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical or relevant engineering with sound fundamentals and technical skills in his discipline is required.
  • The candidate shall have site Reliability background and strong knowledge in Refinery Processes.
  • The candidate shall have training in root cause failure analysis methodology e.g. Apollo Root Cause Analysis by Reality Charting or similar methodology, also should be able to facilitate RCA and ACA process.
  • Knowledge of SIS and RBI will be added advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years’ of relevant Experience in Oil / Gas / petrochemical industry. Experience in static and Rotating equipment, instrument and electrical system and understanding their failure modes and potential solutions is desirable.
  • Experience with operations, maintenance, pre-commissioning, commissioning and Hand-over activities is an advantage.
  • Shall be well aware of all the key performance indicators related to reliability of plant operation and be able to support and drive those KPI’s.
  • Experience in administering the Asset Lifecycle management procedures such as Asset criticality ranking, SAP Taxonomy, Asset Operating Limits [IOW], Asset maintenance development procedures, and Master data developments in SAP, Bill of Materials BOM in SAP, active SAP-PMs Implementation and effectiveness.
