نبذة عن الوظيفة
يبحث KBR عن Shop Head لإدارة الأنشطة اليومية لأقسام SS (ورشة اللحام والتصنيع، ورشة السقالات والعزل، قسم الرفع الثقيل والعدادات) وإدارة إصلاحات المعدات المخططة وغير المخططة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وقيادة وظائف القسم ككل، وتوجيه الموظفين، وتقييمهم، والتنسيق لضمان إنجاز مهام المشروع ضمن الجدول الزمني المحدد وفق سياسات المؤسسة.
- المشاركة في وضع وتنفيذ الأهداف والغايات والسياسات والإجراءات والأولويات.
- إعداد وتحسين وتتبع جدول الصيانة الوقائية (PM) للمعدات، وتقليل الأعطال من خلال المراقبة الفعالة وجدولة برامج الصيانة لضمان الجاهزية التشغيلية للمعدات.
- إدارة الأنشطة اليومية لأقسام SS (ورشة اللحام والتصنيع، ورشة السقالات والعزل، قسم الرفع الثقيل والعدادات) وإدارة إصلاحات المعدات المخططة وغير المخططة.
- إدارة الموارد/المعدات/الآلات ونقلها إلى الموقع في الحالات الروتينية والطارئة.
- مراجعة خطة العمل وأولويات طلبات العمل لتخصيص الموارد، ومراقبة سير العمل وMOS والإجراءات، والاجتماع مع الفريق لتحديد الفجوات وحل المشكلات.
- مراجعة الخطة الأسبوعية وتقديم التغذية الراجعة لفريق التخطيط لتحقيق الامتثال للجدول.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية والورش الخارجية ووكلاء OEM للإصلاحات وقطع الغيار وأي مشكلات.
- الإشراف وضمان صيانة جميع المعدات ومرافق الورشة وفق معايير HSE.
- إجراء تدقيقات سلامة دورية لتحديد المخاطر المحتملة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- إدارة والتوصية بجدولة تدريبات السلامة والفنية للموظفين.
- إدارة ومراجعة تقارير أداء الصيانة اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية، وسجلات الوقت، ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وغيرها.
- الاستجابة الفورية في حالات الطوارئ وضمان الإبلاغ عن أي حادث/إصابة أو مخالفة.
- أي مهام أخرى تُوكَل إليه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة سابقة كمهندس صيانة في بيئة تكرير أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في مجال مصافي التكرير.
- معرفة جيدة بمعدات المصافي.
- الإشراف على عقود الصيانة.
- قواعد السلامة.
- قدرة مثبتة على حل المشكلات كقائد داخل مؤسسات كبيرة.
- مهارات تنظيمية واستباقية واتصال قوية.
- نضج في اتخاذ القرار تحت الضغط.
- عقلية استراتيجية منفتحة على الأفكار الجديدة.
- قدرة مثبتة على تحقيق نتائج إيجابية في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead overall department functions, direction to employees, evaluation, coordination and ensure to complete the project task within set timeline in accordance with organization's policies.
- Participate in development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and priorities.
- Prepare, optimize and track PM schedule of Equipment, minimize breakdowns with effective monitoring and scheduling maintenance program to ensure operational availability of equipment.
- Manage day-to-day activities of SS (welding & Fabrication shop, Scaffolding & Insulation workshop, Heavy Lift & Rigging Division). Manage planned or unplanned equipment repairs.
- Manage resources/equipment/machinery to the site for routine and in emergency situations.
- Review work plan, job requests priorities to allocate resources, monitor workflow, MOS and procedures, meet and discuss with team to identify gaps and resolve problems.
- Review weekly Plan, feedback to the Planning team to achieve the schedule compliance.
- Coordinate with internal department, external workshop, OEM dealer for repairs, parts, any issues.
- Manage and lead to ensure all equipment, workshop facilities are maintained and meet HSE standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and recommend and schedule EE’s safety and technical trainings.
- Manage and review daily, weekly and Monthly maintenance performance reports, time sheet, KPIs etc.
- Respond promptly in case of emergency. Ensure reporting of any incident/accident or violation occurs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business in Engineering or related field
- Previous experience as a maintenance engineer in refining environment or equivalent
- 12 + years of refinery plant experience
- Good knowledge of
- Refinery equipment
- Piloting of maintenance contracts
- Safety rules
- Proven ability to resolve problems as a leader within large organizations
- Well organized, proactive, & strong communication skills
- Maturity of judgement under pressure
- Strategic mind that is open to new ideas
- Demonstrated capacity to achieve positive results while working in a multi-cultural environment
