تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة Machinist في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. تتضمن المهمة إعداد وتشغيل ماكينات الورشة لتصنيع مكونات دقيقة وفقاً للرسومات الفنية، مع ضمان الجودة عبر القياسات الدقيقة وحل المشكلات وصيانة المعدات مع الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والإنتاج.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استلام المهام وتعليمات العمل والرسومات والمواصفات حسب ما يحدده المشرف وتنفيذ العمل.
- استخدام الأدوات والمعدات المناسبة للمهمة وتشغيل الأدوات المتخصصة الثقيلة من غرفة الأدوات المركزية.
- تشغيل ماكينات الورشة الأساسية مثل الجلاخة، المنشار الآلي، مثقاب الضغط، ماكينة اللولبة وغيرها.
- تنفيذ جميع أعمال التركيب والصيانة وفقاً للإجراءات والإرشادات.
- إجراء الاختبارات اللازمة (هيدروليكي، هوائي، إلخ).
- الحصول على تصاريح العمل اللازمة قبل بدء العمل.
- الالتزام الصارم بمعايير السلامة الخاصة بشركة SATORP.
- التشاور مع المشرف بخصوص أي مشكلات فنية.
- المحافظة على النظافة العامة أثناء وبعد إنجاز المهام.
- تحقيق إنجاز المهام بجودة ووفقاً للجدول الزمني وفقاً لمعايير الشركة ومتطلباتها.
- الامتثال لجميع معايير وإجراءات السلامة والصحة والبيئة.
- الإبلاغ عن جميع الحوادث الوشيكة والظروف والأفعال غير الآمنة.
- حضور التدريبات الفنية والسلامة حسب الجدول المقرر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز مع مؤهل ثانوية عامة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز مع مؤهل دبلوم.
- امتلاك شهادة معتمدة صادرة عن هيئة اعتماد طرف ثالث معترف بها أو معهد سعودي معتمد، تثبت مؤهلات الفرد وكفاءته لأداء الأعمال.
- فهم تقني قوي لإدارة الصيانة في مرافق النفط والغاز.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في ماكينات الخراطة اليدوية (manual lathe machines).
- خبرة في ماكينات الثقب الأفقي (horizontal boring machines).
- خبرة في ماكينات التفريز (milling machines).
- المام بتصنيع المكونات/الأدوات.
- خبرة في تصميم الأدوات.
- القدرة على تفسير الرسومات المقطعية والأبعاد.
- طلاقة متوسطة في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
- الأفضلية للمرشحين ذوي الخبرة في ماكينات التحكم الرقمي (CNC).

KBR is Looking for a Machinist who sets up, programs, and operates workshop machines to manufactureprecision components according to technical drawings. They ensure quality through precise measurements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment while adhering to safety and production standards.
Responsibilities:
- Receives jobs, work instructions, drawing, specification as required from Supervisor and perform work.
- Use right tools and equipment for the job and operate heavy duty specialized tools taken from Central tool room.
- Operate basic machine tools such as grinder, power saw, drill press, threading machine, etc.
- Perform all the installation and Maintenance works as per procedures and guidelines.
- Carryout necessary testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.)
- Receive necessary work permits before starting of work.
- Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.
- Consult with Supervisor for any technical issues.
- Perform good Housekeeping during and after completion of jobs.
- Achieve completion of jobs to quality and schedule according to company standards and requirements.
- Comply with all Safety, health and environment standards and procedures.
- Report all Near misses, unsafe conditions and acts.
- Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.
- Experience in manual lathe machines
- Experience in horizontal boring machines
- Experience in milling machines
- Familiarity with fabrication of components/tools
- Experience in tool design
- Ability to interpret cross-sectional and dimensional drawings
- Average fluency in English communication
- Preference will be given to candidates with CNC experience
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
- Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
