Role Description

You will coordinate planning, scheduling, cost control and performance reporting across the Group's capital projects, so every project is delivered on time, within approved budgets and against approved baselines.

What you'll do

▪ Act as the central coordination point across project controls, technical oversight and delivery

▪ Build and maintain integrated master schedules in Primavera P6 and MS Project

▪ Establish control systems: WBS, baseline management and Earned Value Management

▪ Track progress, produce S-curves and dashboards, and analyse variances

▪ Manage budgets, cost forecasts, cost-to-complete, and change and variation control

▪ Report weekly and monthly to the Director and Executive Management

▪ Run schedule risk analysis and support tender evaluation and cash flow forecasting

What we're looking for

▪ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Architecture

▪ 6+ years in project planning, scheduling and cost control in KSA or GCC real estate, hospitality or large capital projects, including multi-project portfolios from an owner or developer perspective

▪ Primavera P6 certified user; PMP preferred; PMI-SP an advantage

▪ Fluent English and Arabic [confirm]

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Process Control and Troubleshooting to diagnose issues and optimize system performance.
• Solid Automation and Control Logic skills to design, implement, and refine control strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) configuration, programming, and maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Control, Automation, or related Engineering field; advanced certifications in control systems are an advantage.
• Relevant experience in industrial facilities, building management systems, or logistics operations, preferably within real estate or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation, and to prepare clear reports and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in cross-functional teams and support field operations.
