المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمات الرعاية الأولية الشاملة للمرضى مع التركيز على إدارة الحالات المزمنة والرعاية الوقائية.
- إجراء التقييمات السريرية، أخذ التاريخ المرضي، إجراء الفحوصات البدنية، وطلب وتفسير الاختبارات التشخيصية.
- وضع خطط العلاج، وصف العلاجات، التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات، وضمان استمرارية الرعاية ضمن سياق الرعاية الصحية المنزلية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات طبية دقيقة، المشاركة في التدقيق السريري ومبادرات تحسين الجودة، ودعم تثقيف المرضى وتقديم الاستشارات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة طبية معتمدة (MD أو ما يعادلها) وتدريب معترف به في طب الأسرة أو الطب العام.
- رخصة سارية أو أهلية لمزاولة المهنة في الرياض/المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك إكمال التدريب المطلوب للإقامة أو مستوى المسجل.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الأمراض المزمنة، الرعاية الوقائية، والممارسة الطبية الموجهة للأسرة.
- الالتزام بالرعاية المتمحورة حول المريض، الممارسة الأخلاقية، والتطوير المهني المستمر.
- إتقان التوثيق الطبي واستخدام أنظمة السجلات الصحية الإلكترونية؛ الإلمام ببروتوكولات الرعاية الصحية المنزلية ميزة إضافية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ إتقان اللغة العربية مفيد جداً.

Qualifications

- Valid license or eligibility to practice medicine in Riyadh/Saudi Arabia, including completion of required residency or registrar-level training.
- Demonstrated skills in chronic disease management, preventive care, and comprehensive family-oriented medical practice.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills with attention to patient safety and evidence-based practice.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in an on-site clinical environment, manage a varied caseload, and adapt to home healthcare pathways.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and use of electronic health record systems; familiarity with home healthcare protocols is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
