شركة إيرباص هليكوبترز العربية لصيانة الطائرات (Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance) تعلن عن وظيفة **مدرب تدريب ميكانيكي (B1) لطائرات H125** في مدينة **الطائف**، المملكة العربية السعودية، بعقد عمل محدد المدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الامتثال لجميع لوائح الطيران والسلامة والجودة وضوابط التصدير والإجراءات.
- الامتثال لجميع أنظمة وسياسات ولوائح إدارة شركة إيرباص هليكوبترز.
- التحقق قبل بدء أي نشاط تدريبي من أدوات التدريب/GSE من حيث حالتها وتاريخ انتهاء صلاحيتها، وضمان استخدامها بشكل صحيح.
- التحقق قبل بدء أي نشاط تدريبي من المكونات والأجزاء من حيث حالتها (التلف، التسريبات إلخ) ومن صحة تطبيق الوثائق الفنية.
- تحديد وتنفيذ متطلبات الصيانة للأجزاء والخلوصات والتفاوتات المسموحة والتسريبات (وقود وهيدروليك) وأضرار التآكل.
- تفسير المخططات الكهربائية والمنشورات الفنية.
- ضمان تسجيل جميع الأعمال المنفذة على المستندات المناسبة والتوقيع عليها بشكل تدريجي وفقًا لنظام إدارة الشركة.
- ضمان الاستخدام الصحيح والتحكم في أجزاء الطائرة والمواد.
- التحقق من أن حالة الطائرة فيما يتعلق بالمهام المجدولة والبنود المؤجلة محدثة، وأن حالة الطائرة صالحة للخدمة ومتوافقة مع نظام إدارة الشركة لإصدار تصريح العودة للخدمة.
- إنجاز جميع الأعمال في الوقت المناسب وبما يلبي متطلبات الجودة لنظام إدارة الشركة.
- تقييم أداء المتدربين المعينين من قبل العميل.
- تنفيذ نشاط التدريب أثناء العمل (On-the-Job Training - OJT).
- تدريب الأفراد على استخدام كتيبات الصيانة.
- تدريب الأفراد على جميع توجيهات السلامة وإجراءات الأجسام الغريبة (FOD).
- أداء مهام أخرى يكلف بها.

Job Summary:
- The H125 B1 Mechanical Training instructor will be responsible to:
- Study and analyze customer training regulations
- Develop Course Training Standard, Course Instructional Plans and Course Synopsis in accordance with customer regulations
- Develop Basic and advance Specialty courses in accordance with customer regulations
- Edit and update Master Training Plan
- Perform On The Job Training (OJT) to customer’s technician with training aids developed prior.
- Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures
- Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations
- Check every time before to start any training activity tools/GSE´s for condition and expiration date, and ensure their correct use
- Check every time before starting any training activity the components and parts for conditions (damages, leaks etc.) and that the applicability of the documentation is correct
- Determine and perform maintenance requirements for parts, clearances, tolerance, fuel and hydraulic leaks and corrosion damage
- Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publication
- Ensure that all work performed is recorded on the appropriate paperwork and signed for on a progressive basis required by AHA Management System
- Ensure the correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials
- Verify that the aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items is updated, the aircraft condition is serviceable and in accordance with applicable AHA Management System to perform the Release to Service of the aircraft
- Ensuring that all work is completed in a timely fashion and meets the delivery quality requirements of the AHA Management System
- Evaluate performance of assigned customer’s trainee
- Conduct on-the-job training activity
- Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals
- Train personnel in all safety directives and FOD procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
