تعلن شركة العمر القابضة (OHC)، إحدى المجموعات الاستثمارية الرائدة في المملكة العربية السعودية والمتخصصة في التطوير العقاري والإنشاءات، عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لـ (مدير المشتريات) في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات شاملة للمشتريات تدعم أهداف الشركة
- قيادة وإدارة فريق المشتريات عبر مختلف الوحدات التجارية وتقديم الإرشاد والتوجيه
- التفاوض على العقود والاتفاقيات مع الموردين لتأمين شروط مواتية وتحقيق وفورات في التكاليف
- مراقبة اتجاهات السوق وأداء الموردين لتحديد المخاطر وفرص التحسين
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لتوقع احتياجات المشتريات وضمان تسليم السلع والخدمات في الوقت المحدد
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة واللوائح القانونية والمعايير الأخلاقية في جميع أنشطة المشتريات
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز عمليات المشتريات وكفاءتها وخلق القيمة
- إدارة علاقات الموردين لبناء شراكات قوية وضمان جودة وموثوقية التوريد
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو مجال ذي صلة
- 7+ سنوات من الخبرة في المشتريات، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في دور إداري مع قيادة فرق
- خبرة في المشتريات ضمن قطاع الإنشاءات أو التطوير العقاري، تشمل مصادر مواد البناء وخدمات المقاولين من الباطن
- خبرة عملية في التوريد الاستراتيجي والتفاوض وإدارة العقود وتحسين عمليات المشتريات
- خبرة في استخدام Odoo ERP أو أنظمة مشتريات مماثلة
- معرفة بالأطر القانونية والتنظيمية ذات الصلة بالمشتريات
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة في سياق الأعمال
- قدرة مثبتة على الشراكة مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين في المالية والقانون والعمليات وفرق المشاريع/الإنشاءات، وعرض استراتيجيات المشتريات على الإدارة العليا
- درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو مؤهل متقدم معادل (يفضل)
- خبرة في إدارة عقود الخدمات اللوجستية ضمن المشتريات (يفضل)
- خبرة في مراقبة أداء الموردين وقيادة مبادرات إدارة علاقات الموردين (يفضل)
- خبرة في إدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين مع الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن ومقدمي الخدمات اللوجستية (يفضل)
- خبرة في عرض تحديثات توفير المشتريات والمخاطر على أصحاب المصلحة على مستوى مجلس الإدارة (يفضل)

- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to support company goals
- Lead and manage the procurement team across various business units, providing guidance and mentorship
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and cost savings
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, efficiency, and value creation
- Manage supplier relationships to build strong partnerships and ensure quality and reliability of supply
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role leading teams
- Procurement experience within construction or real estate development, including sourcing construction materials and subcontractor services
- Hands-on experience with strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and procurement process improvement
- Experience using Odoo ERP or similar procurement systems
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory procurement frameworks
- Business fluent in Arabic and English
- Proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, operations, and project/construction teams, and to present procurement strategies to senior leadership
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience managing logistics contracts within procurement
- Experience monitoring supplier performance and driving supplier relationship management initiatives
- Experience managing external stakeholder relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics/service providers
- Experience presenting procurement savings and risk updates to board-level stakeholders
