تعلن شركة ACSC (إحدى شركات العمر القابضة) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس ضبط جودة / مراقبة جودة (QA/QC Engineer) للانضمام إلى إدارة المشاريع في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يتولى مهندس ضبط الجودة / مراقبة الجودة مسؤولية ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال الإنشائية وفقًا للرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات الفنية ومتطلبات العقد ومتطلبات كود البناء السعودي ومعايير الجودة الخاصة بشركة ACSC.
- يشمل الدور الإشراف على التفتيش الميداني، واعتماد المواد، والاختبارات، وإدارة حالات عدم المطابقة، وإعداد تقارير الجودة، والتنسيق مع الاستشاريين والعملاء والمقاولين من الباطن وفرق المشروع الداخلية لتقليل إعادة العمل وتحسين جودة تسليم المشاريع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة الجودة: تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة الخاص بشركة ACSC عبر المشاريع الموكلة، وإعداد وتحديث ومتابعة خطة جودة المشروع، وإعداد ومراجعة كتيبات أساليب العمل (Method Statements) بالتنسيق مع فرق المشروع والفنية، وإعداد وتنفيذ خطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITPs)، وضمان الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات والعقود ومتطلبات كود البناء السعودي، ومراقبة أداء الجودة وتقديم تقارير دورية لمدير إدارة المشاريع.
- التفتيش الميداني ومراقبة الجودة: إجراء التفتيش اليومي والجولات الميدانية في مواقع المشاريع الموكلة، والتحقق من مطابقة الأعمال المنفذة للرسومات والمواصفات واعتمادات المواد ومعايير الصنعة، وإصدار وتتبع ومتابعة طلبات التفتيش (Inspection Requests)، وحضور التفتيش مع الاستشاريين والعملاء والمقاولين من الباطن والأطراف المعنية، ومراقبة نتائج الاختبارات الميدانية والمختبرية، والتأكد من اعتماد المواد قبل استخدامها في الموقع، وتفتيش أعمال الهيكل الإنشائي والمعمارية والعزل المائي والتشطيبات وأعمال الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة (MEP).
- حالات عدم المطابقة والإجراءات التصحيحية: إصدار تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) للأعمال أو المواد غير المطابقة، ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPA)، والتنسيق مع فرق الموقع والمقاولين من الباطن لإغلاق الملاحظات ضمن الجداول الزمنية المعتمدة، وتحديد مشكلات الجودة المتكررة والتوصية بإجراءات وقائية، وطلب إعادة العمل أو الإجراءات التصحيحية للأعمال التي لا تفي بالمتطلبات المعتمدة.
- التوثيق وإعداد التقارير: إعداد تقارير الجودة الأسبوعية والشهرية، وحفظ سجلات التفتيش وسجلات الجودة واعتمادات المواد وتقارير الاختبار والاعتمادات الفنية وسجلات NCR، وتتبع نتائج التفتيش وملاحظات الاستشاريين وإغلاق الإجراءات التصحيحية، وإعداد تقارير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للجودة (KPIs) وملخصات للإدارة.
- التنسيق: التنسيق مع مدراء المشاريع ومهندسي الموقع والمكتب الفني والاستشاريين والعملاء والمقاولين من الباطن والمختبرات المعتمدة، وضمان امتثال المقاولين من الباطن لإجراءات الجودة الخاصة بشركة ACSC ومتطلبات المشروع، ودعم فرق المشروع في حل مشكلات الجودة قبل أن تؤثر على تكلفة المشروع أو جدوله الزمني أو التسليم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو العمارة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال ضبط الجودة / مراقبة الجودة في مشاريع البناء.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع الفلل والمجمعات السكنية والمباني السكنية متعددة الطوابق أو مشاريع مماثلة.
- معرفة قوية بكود البناء السعودي ومعايير البناء ذات الصلة.
- خبرة عملية في تفتيش الخرسانة وأعمال الطوب والعزل المائي والتشطيبات وأعمال MEP.
- خبرة في التعامل مع الاستشاريين والعملاء والمقاولين من الباطن ومختبرات الاختبار.
- شهادة مدقق داخلي ISO 9001 (يفضل) أو مدقق رئيسي ISO 9001 (ميزة إضافية).
- إجادة اللغة العربية بطلاقة (تواصلاً وكتابةً) ومهارات جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية تشمل المراسلات الفنية وإعداد التقارير.
- أهلية العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- القدرة على إجراء التفتيش الميداني والتنقل في مواقع الإنشاء النشطة والعمل في بيئة إنشائية.
- التوفر للانضمام خلال 30 يومًا أو أقل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات فنية: القدرة القوية على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الإنشائية والمواصفات الفنية، خبرة في إعداد ومراجعة خطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITPs) وكتيبات أساليب العمل (Method Statements)، خبرة في إدارة تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) والإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPA)، معرفة بإجراءات التفتيش للأعمال الإنشائية والمعمارية والعزل المائي والتشطيبات وأعمال MEP، القدرة على مراجعة اعتمادات المواد وتقارير الاختبار والاعتمادات الفنية، إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office وAutoCAD، ومهارات قوية في Excel لإعداد تقارير الجودة وسجلات التتبع، الإلمام بأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) بما في ذلك Odoo (يفضل).

Key Responsibilities
Quality Management
- Implement ACSC's Quality Management System across assigned projects
- Prepare, update, and monitor the Project Quality Plan
- Prepare and review Method Statements in coordination with project and technical teams
- Prepare, review, and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and applicable Saudi Building Code requirements
- Monitor quality performance and submit regular reports to the Project Department Manager
- Conduct daily inspections and quality walkthroughs across assigned project sites
- Verify that executed works comply with approved drawings, specifications, approved material submittals, and workmanship standards
- Raise, track, and follow up Inspection Requests
- Attend inspections with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders
- Monitor field and laboratory test results
- Ensure materials are approved before use on site
- Inspect structural, architectural, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP-related works
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for non-compliant works or materials
- Follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Coordinate with site and subcontractor teams to close observations within approved timelines
- Identify recurring quality issues and recommend preventive measures
- Request rework or corrective action for works that fail to meet approved requirements
- Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports
- Maintain inspection records, quality logs, material approvals, test reports, technical submittals, and NCR registers
- Track inspection outcomes, consultant comments, and corrective-action closures
- Prepare quality KPI reports and management summaries
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Technical Office, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and approved laboratories
- Ensure subcontractors comply with ACSC quality procedures and project requirements
- Support project teams in resolving quality issues before they affect project cost, programme, or handover
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture
- Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects
- Proven experience in villas, residential compounds, multi-storey residential buildings, or similar projects
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and relevant construction standards
- Practical experience in concrete, blockwork, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP inspections
- Experience dealing with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and testing laboratories
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is preferred
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is an added advantage
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Experience preparing and reviewing ITPs and Method Statements
- Practical experience in NCR and CAPA management
- Knowledge of inspection procedures for structural, architectural, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP works
- Ability to review material submittals, test reports, and technical approvals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Strong working knowledge of Excel for quality reports and tracking logs
- Knowledge of material approval procedures, laboratory testing, and consultant inspection requirements
- Familiarity with ERP systems, including Odoo, is preferred
