شركة توازن (Tawazon) التابعة لمجموعة غباش (Ghobash Group)، وهي شركة صناعية تعمل في مجال التجارة والإمدادات الكيميائية في المملكة العربية السعودية، تبحث عن حارس أمن (Security Guard) يقظ ومسؤول للعمل في مكة وجدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة والتحكم في الدخول إلى مباني الشركة.
- التأكد من هوية الموظفين والزوار والمقاولين والمركبات عند الدخول والخروج.
- إجراء جولات دورية للمبنى والمكتب والمناطق المحيطة.
- مراقبة كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV) والإبلاغ عن أي نشاط مشبوه.
- الحفاظ على سجلات أمنية دقيقة، وتقارير الحوادث، وسجلات الزوار.
- الاستجابة الفورية للحوادث الأمنية والطوارئ والإنذارات.
- الإبلاغ للإدارة عن أي سلوك مشبوه أو دخول غير مصرح به أو سرقة أو تلف أو مخاوف تتعلق بالسلامة.
- مساعدة الموظفين والزوار عند الحاجة مع الحفاظ على السلوك المهني.
- التنسيق مع الشرطة أو خدمات الطوارئ أو السلطات الأخرى عند الضرورة.
- فحص الأبواب والبوابات والنوافذ ونقاط الدخول الأخرى للتأكد من إغلاقها بإحكام.
- دعم إجراءات الإخلاء في حالات الطوارئ والسلامة من الحرائق.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى متعلقة بالأمن يكلف بها من الإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة كحارس أمن أو في دور مماثل (يفضل).
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية جيدة.
- قوة الملاحظة والانتباه للتفاصيل.

The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, monitoring access, and responding appropriately to security incidents and emergencies.

The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, monitoring access, and responding appropriately to security incidents and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the company premises.
- Check employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles entering and leaving the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the building, office, and surrounding areas.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities.
- Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and visitor records.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Report any suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, theft, damage, or safety concerns to management.
- Assist employees and visitors when required while maintaining professional conduct.
- Coordinate with police, emergency services, or other authorities when necessary.
- Check doors, gates, windows, and other access points to ensure they are properly secured.
- Support emergency evacuation and fire safety procedures.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.
- Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observation and attention to detail.
