تعلن شركة Tawazon (التابعة لمجموعة Trans Industrial) عن توفر وظيفة منسق لوجستي (Logistics Coordinator) في الرياض، للسعوديين فقط.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤول عن إدارة وتنسيق عمليات النقل والتوزيع والتوصيل الفعال للبضائع، وضمان الشحن في الوقت المحدد، وتحقيق الكفاءة من حيث التكلفة، والامتثال لسياسات الشركة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق ومراقبة عمليات سلسلة الإمداد
- ترتيب جداول النقل والشحن والتوصيل
- تتبع الطلبات وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد
- التواصل مع الموردين وشركات النقل والفرق الداخلية
- الحفاظ على سجلات ووثائق لوجستية دقيقة
- حل المشكلات المتعلقة بالتأخير أو التلف أو الفقدان
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة والقوانين
- تحسين العمليات اللوجستية لزيادة الكفاءة وخفض التكاليف
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات أو سلسلة الإمداد أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة (كحد أدنى)
- شهادة في إدارة سلسلة الإمداد (مفضلة)
- الجنسية السعودية
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإلمام ببرامج Outlook وMS Words وPowerPoint وExcel
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتعاوني

- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Arrange transportation, shipment, and delivery schedules
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation
- Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or losses
- Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Desired: Certification in Supply Chain Management
- Bachelor's degree / High School Diploma in a relevant field;
- Familiarity with Outlook, MS Words, PowerPoint and Excel knowledge;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
