شركة الاتحاد التعاوني للتأمين (Al Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مشرف تحصيل (Collections Supervisor) في المنطقة الشرقية، الخبر، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على تحصيل الأقساط المستحقة ومتابعة فريق التحصيل وفقًا للخطط والسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
  • مراقبة أرصدة العملاء المتأخرة والمستحقة وضمان اتخاذ إجراءات التحصيل المناسبة ضمن الأطر الزمنية المطلوبة.
  • مراجعة تقارير التقادم (Aging Reports) وتحليل الأرصدة المتأخرة وتحديد الحسابات ذات الأولوية العالية للتحصيل.
  • متابعة خطط وجداول السداد وضمان امتثال العملاء لتواريخ الدفع والأقساط المتفق عليها.
  • مطابقة المبالغ المحصلة مع السجلات البنكية والنظام المحاسبي، وضمان تسجيل المدفوعات وتخصيصها بدقة لحسابات العملاء المناسبة.
  • متابعة العملاء المتعثرين والحسابات عالية المخاطر وتقديم التوصيات المناسبة بالتنسيق مع الإدارات المعنية.
  • استخدام مهارات التفاوض والاتصال القوية لإدارة المناقشات مع العملاء والوسطاء بشأن تسوية الأرصدة المستحقة وخطط السداد.
  • الإشراف على أداء أعضاء فريق التحصيل، وتوزيع المهام، ومتابعة التقدم، وتقديم الملاحظات والتوصيات بشأن أداء الفريق.
  • متابعة الحسابات المحالة إلى الإدارة القانونية أو وكالات التحصيل الخارجية، وضمان إتمام جميع الإجراءات المطلوبة ومراقبة نتائج التحصيل بشكل مناسب.
  • تنفيذ التعليمات والمهام المتعلقة بالعمل الصادرة عن مدير الإدارة أو من يفوضه ضمن نطاق مسؤوليات المنصب.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو أعلى في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التحصيل أو مجال ذي صلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات اتصال وتفاوض قوية.
  • مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات جيدة.
  • القدرة على الإشراف وإدارة فريق بشكل فعال.

Job Title: Collections Supervisor


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise the collection of outstanding premiums and monitor the Collection Team in accordance with approved plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor outstanding and overdue customer balances and ensure appropriate collection actions are taken within the required timelines.
  • Review Aging Reports, analyze overdue balances, and identify high-priority accounts for collection.
  • Monitor payment plans and schedules and ensure customers comply with agreed payment dates and installments.
  • Reconcile collected amounts with bank records and the accounting system, ensuring that payments are accurately recorded and allocated to the appropriate customer accounts.
  • Follow up on delinquent customers and high-risk accounts and provide appropriate recommendations in coordination with the relevant departments.
  • Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to manage discussions with customers and brokers regarding outstanding balance settlements and payment plans.
  • Supervise the performance of Collection Team members, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide observations and recommendations regarding team performance.
  • Follow up on accounts referred to the Legal Department or external collection agencies, ensuring that all required procedures are completed and collection outcomes are properly monitored.
  • Carry out work-related instructions and assignments issued by the Department Manager or their authorized representative, within the scope of the position’s responsibilities.



Qualifications and Requirement:


  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Collections or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively.
