Job Summary

Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions for civil construction projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop competitive bids and project budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in civil estimation and tendering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quantity take-off.
• Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare BOQs, budgets, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
• Evaluate variation orders and additional work costs.
• Maintain estimation records and cost databases.
