تعلن شركة Bureau Veritas عن توفر وظيفة قائد عمليات (B&I OPEX Head) في منطقة الرياض، بهدف قيادة وتطوير خط إنتاج المباني والبنية التحتية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية خط الإنتاج (B&I) الخاصة بالمملكة ومواءمتها مع رؤية Bureau Veritas العالمية.
  • دفع الابتكار في خدمات الفحص والاختبار وإصدار الشهادات المتعلقة بخط الإنتاج.
  • المساهمة في تحقيق النمو السريع للشركة من خلال تطوير عقود رئيسية والفوز بها.
  • المساهمة في تنفيذ نماذج الأعمال الجديدة وتحقيق عقود مربحة.
  • تحديد وملاحقة فرص التوسع في السوق وتطوير علاقات استراتيجية مع العملاء.
  • إدارة الموافقات على العروض ودعم تطوير الأعمال.
  • الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد البشرية ومراقبة الأداء وتقييمه.
  • تحديث إجراءات الجودة والتواصل بين الإدارة العليا والمرؤوسين وضمان الجودة والتحكم في الميزانية.
  • ضمان الجودة الفنية والامتثال للسياسات واللوائح.
  • تطوير وتدريب أعضاء الفريق وإدارة فريق خط الإنتاج التشغيلي في الدولة.
  • متابعة النتائج المالية التشغيلية: مراقبة الميزانية، مراقبة الأداء، تتبع نمو الإيرادات، تحسين التكاليف، التقارير المالية، OCF، الهوامش، وغيرها.
  • تنفيذ ممارسات إدارة المعرفة وجعل الأفراد يساهمون في مشاركة المعرفة وأفضل الممارسات.
  • تقديم المشورة الفنية للفريق والعمل كمدير مشروع عند الحاجة، والتعامل مع جميع المواضيع المتعلقة بالعقد وتقديم تقارير منتظمة عن تقدم العمل والمبيعات والمصروفات.
  • الالتزام الصارم بسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) الخاصة بالشركة والعملاء، وإدارة المخاطر بشكل استباقي، وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة، ومنع الحوادث والإبلاغ عنها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • التخصص: مهندس مدني / مهندس معماري / MEP.
  • درجة جامعية في الهندسة (عمارة، مدني، إنشائي، MEP).
  • يفضل حيازة ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (MBA).
  • شهادة PMP (مدير مشاريع محترف).
  • شهادة ISO 9001 مدقق رئيسي.
  • شهادات فنية متخصصة في الصناعة.
  • معرفة متقدمة بمعايير البناء الدولية، أطر الامتثال التنظيمي، التحول الرقمي في البناء، تقنيات البناء المستدامة، وتحليلات البيانات للبنية التحتية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات شاملة في قطاع المباني والبنية التحتية، الاستشارات الفنية، إدارة المشاريع، وتطوير الأعمال.

      • Develop and implement country-specific B&I product line strategy.
      • Align local objectives with global Bureau Veritas vision.
      • Drive innovation in testing, inspection, and certification services related to the B&I product line.
      • Contribute to rapid growth objective of the company through development and win of major contracts with key customers.
      • Contribute to the implementation of new business models.
      • Generate profitable contracts.
      • Identify and pursue market expansion opportunities.
      • Develop strategic customer relationships.
      • Manage proposal approvals.
      • Support in Business Development.

      • Provides technical advice to the team and when required acts as project manager where he will be the interlocutor between the client and assigned team and other Bureau Veritas units as required.
      • As project Manager, he shall deal with all topics to be covered by Bureau Veritas within the frame of the contract, he will participate in the selection of required team and will report systematically on the job progress as well as all sales and expenses directly related to the project.
