Position Summary
The Total Rewards is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation, benefits, recognition, and rewards programs that support the organization's business objectives, employee value proposition, and talent strategy. The role ensures market competitiveness, internal equity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation
- Develop and maintain compensation structures, salary ranges, and job grading frameworks.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
- Lead annual salary review, promotion, and bonus cycles.
- Provide compensation recommendations for hiring, retention, and internal mobility.
- Ensure pay equity and internal consistency across the organization.
Benefits
- Manage employee benefits programs including medical insurance, retirement, leave, wellness, and other employee benefits.
- Evaluate benefits offerings and recommend enhancements based on market trends and employee needs.
- Partner with vendors and brokers to optimize cost and service quality.
Total Rewards Strategy
- Develop and implement Total Rewards policies, frameworks, and programs.
- Support the design of short-term and long-term incentive plans.
- Drive employee recognition and reward initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between rewards programs and organizational performance.
Governance & Analytics
- Maintain job architecture, job evaluation, and grading methodologies.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for HR leadership and executive management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation-related matters.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.
- Educate managers on compensation philosophy and reward programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
- Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, job evaluation, grading structures, and incentive design.
- Experience with market survey providers such as Mercer, WTW, Aon, or Korn Ferry.
- Advanced analytical and Excel skills.
- Professional certifications such as GRP, CCP, or WorldatWork certifications are preferre
