نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن نوسع فريق الذكاء الاصطناعي ونبحث عن مهندس ذكاء اصطناعي أول للمساعدة في تطوير الجيل التالي من مساعدنا القانوني الذكي. ستعمل على إطلاق ميزات إنتاجية مدعومة بـ LLMs و Agents و RAG لعملاء سعوديين من الدرجة الأولى، في أحد أكثر المجالات مكافأة في الذكاء الاصطناعي: الاستخبارات القانونية العربية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- بناء وشحن ميزات ذكاء اصطناعي متكاملة مدعومة بـ LLMs وسير العمل الوكيل.
- تطوير أنظمة متعددة الوكلاء مع استخدام الأدوات والتخطيط والتنفيذ الذاتي للمهام.
- تصميم وتحسين خطوط الاسترجاع المخصصة للمحتوى القانوني العربي (بحث النص الكامل، البحث المتجه، إعادة الترتيب، إلخ).
- ضبط دقيق وتقييم نماذج الأساس (Qwen, OSS, GLM, إلخ) لحالات الاستخدام القانوني.
- دمج الأدوات والمهارات المخصصة و MCPs في سير عمل الوكلاء.
- ضمان جودة الإنتاج: الدقة، زمن الاستجابة، التكلفة، والسلامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 3-5 سنوات في هندسة الذكاء الاصطناعي/التعلم الآلي مع تركيز قوي على LLMs والذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي والوكلاء.
- سجل مثبت في شحن أنظمة ذكاء اصطناعي إنتاجية - وليس مجرد نماذج أولية أو دفاتر Jupyter.
- إجادة قوية للغة Python وأطر الذكاء الاصطناعي الحديثة (PyTorch, Hugging Face, vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT، إلخ).
- خبرة عملية مع أنماط الوكلاء (ReAct، استخدام الأدوات، متعدد الوكلاء) و SDK الخاصة بالوكلاء والموفرين.
- خبرة قوية في طرق الاسترجاع وقواعد البيانات المتجهة (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS).
- معرفة بضبط الدقيق (LoRA, QLoRA) وخدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي السحابية (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP، إلخ) وأساسيات MLOps.
- طلاقة في اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- الإقامة في مكة أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها.
المهارات المطلوبة
- Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT.
- أنماط الوكلاء و SDK.
- قواعد البيانات المتجهة وطرق الاسترجاع.
- ضبط دقيق (LoRA, QLoRA) والخدمات السحابية.
- إجادة العربية والإنجليزية.
- مهارات إضافية مرغوبة: NLP العربية، خبرة في التكنولوجيا القانونية، تكاملات MCP، LangSmith/LangFuse.

Qanoniah is Saudi Arabia's leading AI LegalTech Startup. Our AI Legal Assistant is the trusted daily partner for major enterprises and government entities across the Kingdom, helping them navigate complex legal landscapes with speed and precision.
The Role
We're expanding our AI team and looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help scale the next generation of our AI Legal Assistant. You'll ship production features powered by LLMs, Agents, and RAG to top-tier Saudi clients - working on one of the most rewarding domains in AI: Arabic legal intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end AI features powered by LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Develop multi-agent systems with tool use, planning, and autonomous task execution.
- Design and optimize retrieval pipelines tailored to Arabic legal content (full-text search, vector search, re-ranking, etc).
- Fine-tune and benchmark foundation models (Qwen, OSS, GLM, etc) for legal use cases.
- Integrate custom tools, skills, and MCPs into the agent workflows.
- Ensure production quality: accuracy, latency, cost, and safety.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years in AI/ML engineering with strong focus on LLMs, Generative AI, and Agents.
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems - not just prototypes or jupyter notebooks.
- Strong Python and modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT, etc).
- Hands-on with agent patterns (ReAct, tool use, multi-agent) and agent and provider SDKs.
- Solid experience with retrieval methods and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS).
- Familiarity with fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA), cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP, etc), and MLOps basics.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Makkah.
Nice to Have: Arabic NLP, legal-tech experience, MCP integrations, LangSmith/LangFuse.
