وظيفة مهندس صحة وسلامة وبيئة شاغرة لدى Natural Gas Distribution Company (NGDC) في الرياض

To promote a safe and compliant culture at NGDC facilities, gas pipeline networks and within area of company’s jurisdiction at customer sites by ensuring an effective and coordinated implementation of NGDC’s Integrated Management System with various stakeholders, compliance with local regulators and ensuring appropriate QHSSE database management, while continually striving to propose innovative and proactive way forwards.

Responsibilities include the following:

·       Coordination with relevant regulatory authorities for QHSSE activities within company’s geographical scope of work

·       Assist NGDC’s management in implementation of IMS policies and procedures

·       Coordination with O&M, Projects and Contractors for appropriate implementation of Safe System of Works including ensuring permit to work application

·       QHSSE Inspections and audits at NGDC workplace including office, gas pipeline network and area of jurisdiction at customer facility

·       Providing QHSSE inductions and training on IMS procedures to various stakeholders including O&P Department and contractor workers including conducting the Emergency Response Drills

·       Participating in Risk Assessment activities with O&P Department for workplace, processes and equipment

·       Developing assigned QHSSE Reports while maintaining QHSSE records and tracking them to analyze trends, statistical reviews and proposing strategies to address the issues to line management

·       Supporting QHSSE Head in achieving QHSSE objectives and deliver KPIs

·       Appointed as Management Representative for conducting Internal Audits and facilitating external audits and third-party training(s)

·       Investigate incidents / accidents and submit accurate and complete reports to Line Management

·       Delivering results to any other special task(s) job-related duties assigned from time to time by QHSSE Head to meet the business demands
