المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان إصلاح عالي الجودة لأدوات هيلتي الكهربائية في المجالات المختلفة، مثل المطاحن الزاوية، المطارق الدوارة، المطارق المدمجة، المكانس الكهربائية، الكسارات، المفكات، الأدوات الماسية وأدوات القياس وغيرها.
- استخدام المهارات التحليلية لإجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتطوير مقترحات وحلول لتحسين جودة وسرعة وتكاليف عملية الإصلاح.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة تقنية (يفضل في الكهرباء أو الميكانيكا).
- إجادة قوية لاستخدام الحاسوب.
- التزام عالٍ برضا العملاء.
- الرغبة والطموح للتطور واستكشاف مجالات مختلفة في العمل.
- شخصية متحفزة وذات طاقة عالية ومنطلقة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً).
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات قوية.

Making Construction Better
The Tool Service Centre Technician is part of the TSC team for KSA and is responsible for always offering an exceptional level of repair, specifically focusing on quality, speed, and costs of repair of Hilti tools.
This is an entry level job that prepares you for a future career path with Hilti.
What You'll Do
As a Tool Service Centre Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the best-in-class repair of Hilti power tools in different segments, like angle grinders, rotary hammers, combi hammers, vacuum cleaners, breakers, screwdrivers, diamond and measuring tools, and others.
This role will require you to use analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and develop proposals & solutions to improve the quality, speed and costs of repair process.
What You’ll Bring
Technical degree (Electrical/Mechanical preferred)
Strong computer literacy
Excellent teamwork and commitment to achieve great results
Strong communications skills with proficiency in English - written and verbal
