Senior Consultant - Human Capital Consulting
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant - Human Capital Consulting to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in People & Organization consulting, with hands-on experience delivering organization design, workforce planning, operating model, and HR transformation projects for government or large enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver Human Capital consulting engagements from assessment through implementation.
- Design and develop organization structures, operating models, and governance frameworks.
- Conduct workforce planning and workforce sizing exercises aligned with business strategy.
- Develop job architecture, job families, job descriptions, and competency frameworks.
- Support performance management, KPI frameworks, and talent management initiatives.
- Design career paths, succession planning, and organizational development solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive presentations.
- Conduct current-state assessments, gap analyses, and benchmarking studies.
- Develop transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience with HR Consultation firms is highly preferred
- Proven experience in Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Job Architecture, Job Evaluation, Competency Frameworks, and HR Operating Models.
- Experience delivering consulting engagements for government, public sector, or large organizations is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
