شركة Foreground تبحث عن مدير أمن المعلومات الرئيسي (Chief Information Security Officer) لصالح عميلها في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة استراتيجية الأمن السيبراني على مستوى المؤسسة وإدارة المخاطر والامتثال.
- الإشراف على بنية الأمن السيبراني، وأطر الحوكمة، والاستجابة للحوادث.
- مواءمة وضع الأمن السيبراني مع المعايير التنظيمية والوطنية.
- تقديم المشورة للإدارة التنفيذية ومجلس الإدارة بشأن المخاطر السيبرانية والمرونة.
- إدارة مقدمي الخدمات الأمنية من جهات خارجية وفرق الأمن الداخلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة قيادية عليا في مجال الأمن السيبراني ضمن بيئات منظمة أو مؤسسية.
- تعرض قوي لأطر المخاطر، والامتثال، وعمليات الأمن.
- يفضّل بشدة وجود خبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو أسواق تنظيمية مماثلة.
- مزيج مثالي يجمع بين العمق التقني ومهارات التواصل التنفيذي.
- الشهادات المهنية في مجال الأمن السيبراني ذات قيمة عالية.

The Role
The Chief Information Security Officer will lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and compliance. This role will oversee security architecture, governance frameworks, and incident response. A key mandate will be aligning cybersecurity posture with regulatory and national standards. The CISO will advise executive leadership and the board on cyber risk and resilience. The role will also manage third-party security providers and internal security teams.
Candidate Profile
Candidates must have senior cybersecurity leadership experience within regulated or enterprise environments. Strong exposure to risk frameworks, compliance, and security operations is essential. Experience in Saudi Arabia or similar regulatory markets is highly preferred. The ideal profile combines technical depth with executive communication skills. Industry certifications are strongly valued.
