وزارة التعليم تعلن عن فرصة لطالب دكتوراه (Doctoral Student) للعمل بدوام كامل في موقعها بالدمام (المنطقة الشرقية). تُشرف الوزارة على تطوير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، وتوفر للطالب إرشاداً أكاديمياً وموارد بحثية للمساهمة في المعرفة بمجاله.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء أبحاث أصلية تحت إشراف المشرفين الأكاديميين، بما في ذلك تصميم الدراسات وجمع البيانات وتحليلها.
- كتابة أوراق علمية (أطروحات، مقالات، تقارير) مع الالتزام بمعايير الدقة والهيكلة والاستشهاد.
- حضور الندوات واللقاءات الدورية مع المشرفين ومراجعة الأدبيات الأكاديمية.
- المساهمة في المشاريع البحثية داخل القسم وإعداد عروض تقديمية للمؤتمرات.
- التعاون مع الزملاء وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والعمل على إكمال أطروحة الدكتوراه ضمن الجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة ماجستير في مجال ذي صلة من مؤسسة معتمدة مع استيفاء شروط القبول في برنامج دكتوراه.
- الالتزام بممارسات البحث الأخلاقية والامتثال للمعايير الأكاديمية المؤسسية والوطنية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على إجراء بحث أكاديمي مستقل (مراجعة الأدبيات، تصميم البحث، جمع البيانات وتحليلها).
- مهارات كتابة أكاديمية قوية لإنتاج الأطروحات والمقالات والتقارير، مع التركيز على الوضوح والتنظيم ومعايير الاستشهاد.
- مهارات تواصل وتعاون فعالة للعمل مع المشرفين وفرق البحث والأقران الأكاديميين.
- مهارات تحليلية وتفكير نقدي لتقييم الأدلة وتفسير النتائج واستخلاص استنتاجات مدروسة.
- مهارات إدارة الوقت والتنظيم لإنجاز المهام الأكاديمية المتعددة وتحقيق معالم البحث.
