About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Laboratory Supervisor to join the College of Engineering and oversee laboratory operations, equipment readiness, maintenance, safety, and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise laboratory operations and technicians.

• Ensure equipment readiness, maintenance, and calibration.

• Support testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.

• Maintain laboratory safety and quality standards.

• Maintain equipment and laboratory records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant technical experience.

• Strong knowledge of electrical/electromechanical systems, testing equipment, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Experience in laboratory supervision or technical operations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with PLCs, MCCs, control systems, electrical drawings, testing & commissioning.

• CQI/IRCA-certified ISO qualification or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Professional engineering registration or relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
