تسعى دبليو إس بي إلى توظيف مهندس كهربائي أول (Senior Electrical Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيلعب المرشح الناجح دوراً محورياً في الإشراف على تنفيذ الأنظمة الكهربائية المرتبطة بمشروع بنية تحتية رئيسي للطرق السريعة، وضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة وتوقعات العميل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف ومراقبة جميع أنشطة البناء الكهربائي لضمان الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات ومتطلبات العقد والمعايير المعتمدة.
- فحص والإشراف على أعمال التركيب المتعلقة بالأنظمة الكهربائية للطرق السريعة، بما في ذلك: أنظمة إنارة الشوارع، وأنظمة النقل الذكية (ITS)، والبنية التحتية لإشارات المرور، وأنظمة توزيع الطاقة، والمحطات الفرعية الكهربائية، وشبكات الاتصالات، والأنظمة الكهربائية للأنفاق والطرق (حسب الاقتضاء).
- مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية للمقاول، ومقدمات المواد، وبيانات الطرق، وإجراءات العمل.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش ميدانية منتظمة وتدقيق الجودة لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقاً لمتطلبات المشروع.
- مراقبة أداء المقاول والتقدم وفقاً للجداول الزمنية المعتمدة للبناء.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والدعم لفرق الموقع والعملاء والمقاولين في المسائل الهندسية الكهربائية.
- مراجعة وحل الاستفسارات الفنية وطلبات المعلومات (RFIs) وتقارير عدم المطابقة والقضايا المتعلقة بالتصميم.
- التنسيق مع فرق التصميم لمعالجة تحديات البناء وضمان التنفيذ الفعال للحلول المعتمدة.
- المشاركة في مراجعات الهندسة القيمية وقابلية البناء عند الحاجة.
- ضمان امتثال جميع الأعمال الكهربائية لمواصفات المشروع واللوائح المحلية والمعايير السعودية وأفضل الممارسات الهندسية الدولية.
- التحقق من أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل، ومشاهدة اختبارات القبول في المصنع (FATs) واختبارات القبول في الموقع (SATs) حسب الحاجة.
- إعداد ومراجعة تقارير التفتيش وتقارير الاختبار وقوائم العيوب ووثائق التشغيل.
- دعم أنشطة إغلاق المشروع ووثائق التسليم النهائي.
- التواصل مع العملاء والمقاولين وجهات المرافق والجهات الحكومية ذات الصلة.
- حضور اجتماعات التقدم وورش العمل الفنية واجتماعات التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- دعم إدارة الواجهات المتعلقة بتحويل المرافق والتكامل مع أنظمة البنية التحتية الأخرى.
- تعزيز والحفاظ على أعلى معايير الامتثال للصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الموقع.
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع التركيبات الكهربائية وفقاً لإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة المعتمدة ومتطلبات سلامة المشروع.
- المشاركة في عمليات التفتيش على السلامة والتحقيقات في الحوادث وتقييم المخاطر حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع شركات استشارات هندسية دولية رائدة.
- خبرة كبيرة في الإشراف على البناء والأدوار الميدانية.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع كبرى للطرق والطرق السريعة والنقل والبنية التحتية.
- خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية ضرورية.
- فهم قوي للأنظمة الكهربائية المرتبطة بمشاريع النقل والبنية التحتية.
- خبرة في التنسيق مع المقاولين وجهات المرافق وأصحاب المصلحة الحكوميين.
- سجل حافل بتسليم المشاريع ضمن متطلبات الجودة والسلامة والجدول الزمني.

WSP is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Construction Supervision team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of electrical systems associated with a major roads and highways infrastructure project, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations.
This role requires a highly capable professional with extensive site supervision experience on large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects, working closely with contractors, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the construction phase.
Construction Supervision & Site Monitoring
- Supervise and monitor all electrical construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.
- Inspect and oversee installation works related to highway electrical systems including:
- Street lighting systems
- Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
- Traffic signal infrastructure
- Power distribution systems
- Electrical substations
- Communication networks
- Tunnel and roadway electrical systems (where applicable)
- Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and work procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure works are delivered in accordance with project requirements.
Monitor contractor performance and progress against approved construction schedules.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, clients, and contractors on electrical engineering matters.
- Review and resolve technical queries, RFIs, non-conformance reports, and design-related issues.
- Coordinate with design teams to address construction challenges and ensure effective implementation of approved solutions.
Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews where required.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, local regulations, Saudi standards, and international engineering best practices.
- Verify testing and commissioning activities and witness factory acceptance tests (FATs) and site acceptance tests (SATs) as required.
- Prepare and review inspection reports, test reports, snagging lists, and commissioning documentation.
Support project closeout activities and final handover documentation.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with clients, contractors, utility authorities, and relevant government agencies.
- Attend progress meetings, technical workshops, and coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
Support interface management for utility diversions and integration with other infrastructure systems.
Health, Safety & Environment
- Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
- Ensure all electrical installations are executed in accordance with approved HSE procedures and project safety requirements.
- Participate in safety inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments as required.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Proven experience working with leading international engineering consultancy firms.
- Significant experience in construction supervision and site-based roles.
- Demonstrated experience on major roads, highways, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
- Previous experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is essential.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems associated with transport and infrastructure projects.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, utility authorities, and government stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
