Role Description The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience. This full-time, on-site role in Dammam includes managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and maintaining quality standards for food and beverage. The Restaurant Manager will monitor customer satisfaction, resolve guest concerns, and promote a welcoming atmosphere. Additional responsibilities include supporting hiring and training, managing inventory and suppliers, enforcing health and safety regulations, and working with ownership to achieve revenue and cost-control targets.

- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with staff, suppliers, and leadership, and for clear, respectful interaction with guests.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, service flow, hygiene practices, and quality control.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role in the hospitality or food service industry.
- Ability to work on-site in Dammam, manage shifts, and adapt to peak business hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in operations, reporting, and compliance.
