About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Education Coordinator to join our team at Waad Education. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for education, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including teachers, students, parents, and external partners. Your primary goal will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational experiences that align with our organizational standards and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Proven experience in educational program management, curriculum design, or teaching is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with various stakeholders. Familiarity with educational technology tools and data analysis for program evaluation will be considered an advantage. The candidate should demonstrate a proactive approach, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor educational programs and initiatives to meet organizational goals.
• Coordinate with teachers, trainers, and other staff to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum and training sessions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through feedback, assessments, and data analysis, making necessary adjustments for improvement.
• Provide training and support to educators and staff on new teaching methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends and incorporate innovative approaches into program design.
• Manage relationships with external partners, educational institutions, and community organizations to enhance program reach and impact.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting program performance and areas for development.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
