تعلن FAENA عن توفر وظيفة مُرفه Kids Club / Youth Club (مُرفه أندية الأطفال والشباب) في منتجع The Red Sea بالمملكة العربية السعودية. انضم إلى فريق الترفيه لتقديم تجارب مبتكرة وآمنة للعائلات وفقاً لمعايير الضيافة الفاخرة ومعايير فوربس.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
في FAENA The Red Sea، نخلق تجارب غامرة لا تُنسى للضيوف من جميع الأعمال عبر الإبداع والتواصل والضيافة الاستثنائية. نبحث حاليًا عن مُرفه أندية أطفال/شباب نشيط وشغوف للانضمام إلى فريق الترفيه والتسلية. تقع على عاتق هذا الدور مسؤولية تقديم أنشطة جذابة وآمنة وملهمة للأطفال والمراهقين، وخلق تجارب لا تُنسى للعائلات بما يتوافق مع معايير الضيافة الفاخرة لدى FAENA ومعايير فوربس.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتنظيم وقيادة أنشطة جذابة للأطفال والمراهقين، تشمل الألعاب والحرف اليدوية وورش العمل والتجارب ذات الطابع الخاص والأنشطة الترفيهية.
- ضمان سلامة ورفاهية والإشراف على جميع الأطفال والضيوف الصغار في جميع الأوقات.
- خلق بيئة ترحيبية وشاملة وممتعة تشجع الإبداع والثقة والتفاعل الاجتماعي.
- تشجيع المشاركة والانخراط من خلال أنشطة تفاعلية مناسبة لأعمارهم.
- تجهيز مساحات الأنشطة والمعدات والمواد والمستلزمات قبل وبعد كل جلسة.
- تكييف الأنشطة لتناسب مختلف الفئات العمرية والاهتمامات والقدرات مع الحفاظ على مستويات عالية من التفاعل.
- الحفاظ على معايير النظافة والتنظيم والسلامة في جميع مرافق Kids وYouth Club.
- بناء علاقات إيجابية مع الأطفال والمراهقين وأولياء الأمور من خلال تواصل مهني وودود.
- التواصل الفعّال مع أولياء الأمور ومقدمي الرعاية بخصوص الأنشطة والجداول ومشاركة الضيوف.
- دعم الفعاليات الموسمية وبرامج الترفيه وتنشيطات المنتجع حسب الحاجة.
- التعامل مع المشكلات السلوكية البسيطة بهدوء ومهنية واحترام.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق الترفيه والتسلية لضمان تجارب ضيوف سلسة.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع إجراءات سلامة الطفل والصحة والنظافة والتشغيل.
- الالتزام بمعايير FAENA للمظهر الشخصي والعرض والضيافة الفاخرة في جميع الأوقات.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير فوربس، والحفاظ على تفاعل استثنائي مع الضيوف وجودة الخدمة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل والتميز التشغيلي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في العمل مع الأطفال أو المراهقين في مجال الضيافة أو الترفيه أو التعليم أو التسلية أو رعاية الأطفال مفضلة.
- شخصية نشيطة ومبدعة وحماسية مع شغف بإشراك الضيوف.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين مع القدرة على التواصل مع الأطفال والمراهقين والعائلات.
- القدرة على قيادة الأنشطة بثقة وبطريقة مهنية وممتعة.
- مهارات قوية في التنظيم وتعدد المهام.
- معرفة أساسية بسلامة الطفل والإشراف على الأنشطة الترفيهية.
- شهادات الإسعافات الأولية أو رعاية الأطفال تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على العمل بجداول مرنة تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
- المظهر الشخصي المهني والعرض المتوافق مع معايير الضيافة الفاخرة.
- الخبرة في العمل في فندق وفق معايير فوربس أو في بيئة منتجع فاخر تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.
- مهارات تواصل باللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة مطلوبة؛ اللغات الإضافية تعتبر ميزة.

We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate Kids/Youth Club Entertainer to join our recreation and entertainment team. This role is responsible for delivering engaging, safe, and inspiring activities for children and teenagers while creating unforgettable experiences for families in line with FAENA’s luxury hospitality and Forbes standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and lead engaging activities for children and teenagers, including games, arts and crafts, workshops, themed experiences, and recreational activities.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and supervision of all children and young guests at all times.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and fun environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and social interaction.
- Encourage participation and engagement through interactive and age-appropriate activities.
- Prepare activity spaces, equipment, materials, and supplies before and after each session.
- Adapt activities to suit varying age groups, interests, and abilities while maintaining high engagement levels.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards across all Kids and Youth Club facilities.
- Build positive relationships with children, teenagers, and parents through professional and friendly communication.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding activities, schedules, and guest participation.
- Support seasonal events, entertainment programmes, and resort activations as required.
- Handle minor behavioural concerns calmly, professionally, and respectfully.
- Collaborate closely with the recreation and entertainment teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all child safety, health, hygiene, and operational procedures.
- Uphold FAENA grooming, presentation, and luxury hospitality standards at all times.
- Ensure full compliance with Forbes standards, maintaining exceptional guest engagement, service quality, attention to detail, and operational excellence at all times.
- Previous experience working with children or teenagers within hospitality, recreation, education, entertainment, or childcare environments preferred.
- Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality with a passion for guest engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children, teenagers, and families.
- Ability to lead activities confidently in a fun and professional manner.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of child safety and recreational activity supervision.
- First aid or child care certifications are advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional grooming and presentation aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
- Experience working within a Forbes standard hotel or luxury resort environment is highly advantageous.
- Fluent English communication skills required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
