شركة FAENA تبحث عن مدير الترفيه (Director of Entertainment) للإشراف على الرؤية الإبداعية وتطوير وتنفيذ برامج الترفيه في منتجعها الجديد في المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن مشروع Faena Red Sea، وذلك لخلق تجارب غامرة تجمع بين الفن والثقافة والأداء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية ترفيهية شاملة تتماشى مع هوية العلامة التجارية لـ Faena وخصائص الضيوف وموقع السوق.
- تصميم وإدارة الفعاليات المميزة والعروض الحية والأنشطة الثقافية التي تعكس تجربة Faena.
- الإشراف على جميع أماكن الترفيه في المنتجع بما في ذلك المسارح الداخلية والخارجية والصالات والحياة الليلية وحمام السباحة والشاطئ، وضمان أن تعكس كل لحظة طابع Faena المسرحي والفني.
- قيادة البرمجة الكاملة للعروض بدءًا من الجدولة والبروفات وحتى إدارة الإنتاج على نطاق واسع في مجالات الصوتيات والمرئيات والإضاءة وتصميم المسرح.
- التعاون مع أقسام الأغذية والمشروبات والغرف والمنتجع الصحي والتسويق لتنظيم تجارب متعددة الحواس متكاملة في رحلة الضيف.
- تحديد واختبار والتعاقد مع كبار الفنانين والموسيقيين ودي جيه وفناني الأداء المتخصصين.
- بناء ورعاية الشراكات مع وكالات المواهب ومنتجي الفعاليات والمؤسسات الثقافية.
- قيادة وتوجيه فريق الترفيه ووضع معايير الأداء وتعزيز الإبداع.
- إدارة ميزانيات الترفيه (CAPEX و OPEX) والتفاوض على العقود لتحقيق التميز والقيمة المضافة.
- تتبع وتحليل الأداء المالي وضمان عائد استثمار إيجابي ونمو إيرادات الترفيه.
- تصميم تجارب ترفيهية تعزز الارتباط العاطفي ورضا الضيوف والولاء للعلامة التجارية.
- تكييف البرامج مع ملفات الجمهور والسياق الثقافي والاتجاهات الموسمية.
- الامتثال للقوانين المحلية وتراخيص الأداء وبروتوكولات السلامة وإدارة المخاطر وسلامة المؤدين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7–10 سنوات في مناصب قيادية متدرجة في مجال الترفيه أو الفعاليات أو عمليات نمط الحياة (منتجعات، سفن سياحية، فنادق فاخرة، أو أماكن واسعة النطاق).
- سجل مثبت في تصميم برامج ترفيهية عالية التأثير مع تحقيق نمو ملموس في تفاعل الضيوف والإيرادات.
- خبرة مثبتة في إنتاج الترفيه مع أساس قوي في أنظمة الصوتيات والمرئيات والهندسة الصوتية وتصميم الإضاءة وإدارة المسرح ضمن قطاع الضيافة الفاخرة أو الفعاليات الحية أو بيئات الأداء.
- خبرة في فنادق فوربس الخمس نجوم تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- شبكة قوية من المتخصصين العالميين في الترفيه ووكالات المواهب وبيوت الإنتاج.
- فطنة مالية واضحة في إعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤ وتحليل العائد على الاستثمار.
- مهارات قيادة وتفاوض وتواصل ثقافي ممتازة.

Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive entertainment strategy that aligns with Faena’s brand narrative, guest demographics, and market positioning.
- Conceptualize and curate signature events, live performances, and cultural activations that define the Faena experience.
- Stay ahead of global entertainment and lifestyle trends to continuously evolve and innovate the resort’s programming.
- Oversee all entertainment venues and activations across the property, including indoor and outdoor stages, lounges, nightlife, pool, and beach experiences, ensuring each moment reflects Faena’s signature theatricality and artistry.
- Lead end-to-end show programming and execution, including scheduling, rehearsals, and full-scale production management across audio-visual, sound engineering, lighting design, and staging.
- Own the technical integrity of all entertainment experiences, ensuring best-in-class delivery of AV systems, live sound, lighting cues, and stage production, with seamless transitions across every guest touchpoint.
- Collaborate closely with F&B, Rooms, Spa, and Marketing to curate immersive, multi-sensory experiences that are holistically integrated into the guest journey.
- Identify, audition, and contract top-tier entertainers, musicians, DJs, artists, and specialty performers.
- Build and nurture partnerships with talent agencies, event producers, and cultural institutions.
- Lead and mentor entertainment teams, setting performance standards and fostering creativity.
- Develop, manage, and oversee entertainment budgets, both CAPEX and OPEX.
- Negotiate contracts that deliver excellence and value.
- Track and analyze financial performance, ensuring positive ROI and strategic growth in entertainment-driven revenue.
- Design entertainment experiences that heighten emotional connection, guest satisfaction, and brand loyalty.
- Adapt programming to audience profiles, cultural context, and seasonal trends.
- Uphold Forbes service standards across all entertainment experiences.
- Ensure full compliance with local laws, performance licenses, and safety protocols.
- Implement best practices for risk management, performer safety, and crowd control.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in entertainment, events, or lifestyle operations (resorts, cruise ships, luxury hotels, or large-scale venues).
- Proven track record of curating high-impact entertainment programs with measurable guest engagement and revenue growth.
- Proven expertise in entertainment production with a strong foundation in audio-visual systems, sound engineering, lighting design, and stage management within luxury hospitality, live events, or performance environments.
- Forbes 5 Star hotel experience highly advantageous.
- Strong network of global entertainment professionals, talent agencies, and production houses.
- Demonstrated financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Performing Arts, or related field preferred.
