وظائف شاغرة لدى شركة GE Vernova في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، في السعودية، حيث نبحث عن ميكانيكي (Machinist) للعمل ضمن ورشة الصيانة والإنتاج.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قراءة وتفسير رسومات القطع ومطبوعات العمليات.
  • أداء العمل بكفاءة دون إشراف.
  • إجراء فحص الانحراف (run out) للقطع الفردية.
  • إجراء فحص الانحراف للقطع الدوارة مثل المولدات وتوربينات الدوار.
  • العمل على تشغيل جميع القطع الثابتة والدوارة مثل المحامل، أختام الزيت، الأعمدة وغيرها.
  • إجراء عمليات الثقب الموسع (reaming)، الحفر (drilling)، والتخويش (tapping).
  • تشغيل مخرطة (lathe machine) وآلة تجليخ الأطراف (Tip grinding Machine) دون إشراف.
  • أعمال تشغيل متنوعة.
  • إجراء عمليات الصقل (burnishing)، القشط (skim cut)، الرقع الحلقية (patch ring)، الأكمام المصنوعة من الألومنيوم أو النحاس، والخراطة (threading والتثبيت).
  • إجراء فحص الانحراف باستخدام جهاز Accuscan.
  • تشغيل آلة VBM.
  • تدريب وتوجيه الآخرين.
  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع المشرفين والمهندسين لضمان تشغيل المعدات بكفاءة.
  • تطبيق مبادئ التصنيع الرشيق 5S (الترتيب، الثبات، اللمعان، التوحيد، الاستدامة) وقواعد السلامة واللوائح.
  • أداء مهام أخرى تُكلف بها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة دبلوم أو كلية تقنية أو ما يعادلها (في تخصص ميكانيكا، كهرباء أو مجال مشابه).
  • معرفة في تشغيل ماكينات CNC، أو التشطيب (finishing)، أو عمليات التصنيع الصناعي ذات الصلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة إجمالية من 5 إلى 10 سنوات، و3 سنوات على الأقل كميكانيكي (Machinist).
  • القدرة على القراءة والتواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • الفضول والرغبة في التعلم وتوسيع مجموعة المهارات.
  • القدرة على التكيف والانفتاح على التغيير.
  • العمل بنظام الورديات (صباحية وليلية).

Job Description Summary

This job is a Machinist. Duties are subject to change as the assigned mentor sees fit. The duties laid out below is intended to provide the necessary skills to be a technical Machinist or to be a mechanical lead in the shop in the future.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret part drawings and process prints.

  • Will be required to perform work efficiently with no supervision.

  • Ability to perform run out check for an individual part.

  • Ability to perform run out check for rotating parts like generator, Turbine rotor.

  • Capable to do machining work on all stationary and rotating parts like Bearing, oil seal, shaft, etc.

  • Ability to do reaming, drilling, tapping, etc.

  • Ability to operate lathe machine, Tip grinding Machine without any supervision.

  • Ability to do various machining work

  • Capable to do burnishing and skim cut, patch ring, aluminum / cupper sleeves, threading, praising.

  • Ability to perform Run out by Accuscan machine.

  • Ability to operate the VBM.

  • Ability to train and coach others.

  • Work closely with Supervisors Engineer to ensure efficient operation of equipment.

  • Will be required to perform efficiently with little or no supervision.

  • Capable to use instrument for measurement check

  • Follow 5S (Sort, stabilize, shine, standardize, sustain) Lean Principles, safety rules and regulations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Require

  • Diploma or Technical college degree or equivalent ( Mechanical , Electrical or similar discipline)

  • Knowledge in CNC machining, finishing, or related industrial manufacturing operations.

Desired Characteristics

  • 5 to 10-years total experience and minimum 3 years as Machinist.

  • Ability to read and communicate in English.

  • Curiosity and desire to learn and expand skill set.

  • adaptable and open to change.

  • Work in Change shifts , both Day & Night shift
