تعلن شركة GE Vernova في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، عن توفر وظيفة فني (Technician-1) لتجميع الفوهات والتعبئة لدعم عمليات التجميع النهائي لمكونات توربينات الغاز، مع التركيز على تطبيق مبادئ Lean والحفاظ على معايير 5S والتحسين المستمر.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ تركيب مكونات الفوهات (Nozzle hardware) وفقًا لتعليمات العمل المعتمدة ومواصفات العمليات والمتطلبات الهندسية.
  • القيام بأنشطة التعبئة (Packing) حسب الإجراءات المعتمدة ومتطلبات التعبئة.
  • قراءة وتفسير تعليمات العمل ونماذج الجودة لضمان التنفيذ الدقيق للتجميع والتعبئة.
  • تسجيل البيانات المتعلقة بالعمليات والحفاظ عليها بدقة حسب المطلوب.
  • استخدام أدوات التركيب والتركيبات ومواد التعبئة والأدوات اليدوية بأمان وفعالية.
  • فحص القطع قبل وبعد عمليات التجميع والتعبئة للتأكد من مطابقتها لمتطلبات الجودة.
  • الالتزام بالعمل القياسي (Standard Work) وأوراق العمل القياسية المشتركة لضمان الاتساق والجودة والسلامة وتدفق الخط بكفاءة.
  • الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة وآمنة ومنظمة وفقًا لمعايير 5S.
  • إظهار فهم قوي وتطبيق لمبادئ Lean في الأنشطة اليومية.
  • المشاركة الفعالة في أنشطة حل المشكلات وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية والإجراءات التصحيحية للتعامل مع مشاكل العملية أو الجودة.
  • تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر في السلامة والجودة ووقت الدورة (cycle time) والتدفق وتقليل الهدر والتواصل بها.
  • دعم تحسينات العمل القياسي وتنظيم الخط والإدارة البصرية وانضباط العملية لتعزيز تطبيق Lean.
  • المساهمة في جهود الفريق لتحسين أداء الخط والكفاءة التشغيلية وإنتاجية الورشة.
  • العمل ضمن توقيت تاكت (takt time) ووقت الدورة وتوقعات تدفق العملية القياسية لدعم أهداف الإنتاج.
  • استخدام أنظمة وواجهات ورشة العمل مثل ELM وSmartShop حسب الحاجة.
  • الامتثال لسياسات الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة والإجراءات المطبقة والعمل القياسي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو شهادة تقنية جامعية أو ما يعادلها من خبرة عملية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور فني أو تصنيع أو تجميع أو تعبئة أو مجال صناعي.
  • خبرة في عمليات الجلخ (grinding) تشمل القطع والتلميع وفتح الثقوب (hole opening).

المهارات المطلوبة (لتميزك)

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في عمليات التجميع الميكانيكي.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في متطلبات التعبئة ومناولة المواد.
  • المشاركة في أنشطة حل المشكلات أو تحسين العمليات.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل مع مكونات توربينات الغاز أو أجزاء الطيران/الصناعية الدقيقة الأخرى.

Job Description Summary

The Technician - Nozzle Assembly and Packing is responsible for supporting final assembly operations on gas turbine components, including nozzle seal installation, nozzle and retaining ring installation, and packing activities. In addition to executing process steps safely and accurately, this role is expected to demonstrate strong Lean behaviors, actively support problem solving, maintain 5S standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and productivity across the line.

Job Description

The technician plays an important role in driving overall Lean implementation by identifying improvement opportunities, supporting standard work, reducing waste, and helping improve process flow and operational performance.

What You'll Do

  • Perform Nozzle hardware Installations in accordance with approved work instructions, process specifications, and engineering requirements.

  • Perform Packing activities in accordance with approved procedures and packaging requirements.

  • Read and interpret work instructions and quality forms to ensure accurate assembly and packing execution.

  • Record and maintain accurate process data as required.

  • Use installation tools, fixtures, packaging materials, and hand tools safely and effectively.

  • Inspect parts before and after assembly and packing processes to ensure conformance to quality requirements.

  • Adhere to Standard Work and Standard Work Combination Sheets to ensure consistency, quality, safety, and efficient line flow.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.

  • Demonstrate strong understanding and application of Lean principles in daily work activities.

  • Actively participate in problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action activities to address process or quality issues.

  • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, quality, cycle time, flow, and waste reduction.

  • Support improvements in standard work, line organization, visual management, and process discipline to strengthen overall Lean implementation.

  • Contribute to team efforts that improve line performance, operational efficiency, and overall shop productivity.

  • Work within takt time, cycle time, and standard process flow expectations to support production goals.

  • Use shop floor systems and interfaces such as ELM and SmartShop as required.

  • Comply with company quality policies, safety requirements, applicable procedures, and standard work.

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma, technical college degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technician, manufacturing, assembly, packing, or industrial role.

  • Grinding experience includes cutting, polishing, hole opening

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Min 2 years’ experience with mechanical assembly processes.

  • Min 2 years’ experience with packing and material handling requirements.

  • Participating in problem solving or process improvement activities.

  • Min 2 years’ experience working with gas turbine components or other precision aerospace/industrial parts.
