تعلن شركة Helmerich & Payne (H&P) عن توفر وظيفة كهربائي (Electrician) في السعودية. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن السلامة الكهربائية والتأكد من استمرارية عمل المعدات الكهربائية على منصات الحفر التابعة للشركة، بالإضافة إلى المساهمة في بناء ثقافة H&P من خلال التدريب والتوجيه.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إظهار القيم الأساسية ومعايير السلامة وفقًا لـ H&P way
- ضمان التشغيل الكهربائي الآمن لمنصة الحفر والمعدات ذات الصلة والعاملين الذين يستخدمون المعدات الكهربائية
- تقييم المشكلات الكهربائية واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية
- إجراء فحص سلامة المكونات الكهربائية وإجراء الإصلاحات والتعديلات حسب الحاجة
- تركيب معدات جديدة والتحديثات والترقيات، وضمان تشغيل المعدات المركبة بشكل صحيح ومتوافق مع المعايير الكهربائية السعودية
- طلب جميع قطع الغيار الكهربائية وضمان توفر مخزون كافٍ منها
- تنسيق الصيانة الوقائية وإصلاح المعدات الكهربائية
- قيادة اجتماعات JSA وCompass Card المتعلقة بالعمل
- إظهار الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) لـ H&P وعمليات C.A.R.E. (COACH للسلامة المبنية على الأشخاص، بطاقات Compass، أحزمة الحياة، JSAs، الأعمال الساخنة، الدخول إلى الأماكن المغلقة، القفل/العلامة، منع سقوط الأجسام، إلخ) مع سجل امتثال مثبت
- إكمال المستوى المتقدم من تدريب BOP على نظام Workday
- البقاء محدثًا على تدريبات Workday الحالية المخصصة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- فهم واستخدام نظام إدارة العمليات المسموح بها (POMS) الخاص بـ H&P
- معرفة إرشادات سلامة وموثوقية النظام الكهربائي لمنصة الحفر
- معرفة شاملة بمعايير وإرشادات HSE لـ H&P، مع التركيز على القسم 59 (صيانة طاقم المنصة - السلامة الكهربائية)
- الامتثال لجميع سياسات H&P ذات الصلة
- فهم وتطبيق الالتزامات القانونية المحلية والإقليمية والولائية والفيدرالية
- معرفة وتطبيق التشريعات السعودية ذات الصلة بالحفر والمعايير الكهربائية والتزامات HSE والتوقعات والتقارير والتدقيق
- الحد الأدنى من الخبرة: 3 سنوات في معدات وآلات الحفر
- كهربائي مستوى 1 مع خبرة 3+ سنوات ككهربائي في H&P
- خبرة سابقة في العمل في بيئات محلية (indigenous environments)
- إتمام شهادة Expert Electrical Workday Certification التدريبية
- القدرة على الامتثال للمعايير الكهربائية الفيدرالية والولائية والإقليمية ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ذات الصلة
- بالتنسيق مع إدارة الموقع، المسؤولية عن تنفيذ إجراءات السلامة والأمن لحماية الأفراد من الإصابات الكهربائية أو الحوادث الوشيكة
- تقديم تحديثات وتقارير منتظمة والعمل بشكل وثيق مع إدارة الموقع

- القدرة على تحديد أولويات المهام
- القدرة على إدخال تقارير خدمة شاملة في نظام E.A.M.
- مهارات متقدمة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل المشكلات
- القدرة على إكمال إجراءات الصيانة الوقائية في الوقت المحدد
- القدرة على التشاور مع الفرق لتحسين نتائج السلامة والإنتاجية

Responsibilities
- Demonstrates core values and safety standards according to the H&P way
- Ensures the safe electrical operation of the drill rig, related equipment and personnel that use electrical equipment as part of their regular duties
- Evaluates electrical problems and takes corrective action
- Conduct safety inspection of electrical components, making repairs and adjustments as needed
- Install new equipment, retrofits, and upgrades, and ensure the installed equipment is operating properly and compliant with Saudi Arabia electrical standards
- Order all electrical parts and ensure adequate stock of parts are available
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs of electrical equipment
- Lead job related JSA and Compass Card Meetings
- Demonstrated commitment to H&P’s Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and C.A.R.E. processes (COACH people-based safety, Compass Cards, LifeBelts, JSAs, hotwork, confined space entry, lock-out/tag-out, dropped object prevention, etc.) with a proven track record of compliance
- Completed Expert level of the BOP training in Workday
- Up to date on current Workday trainings as assigned
Minimum education, experience, technical, and communication skill levels, and licenses/certificates normally required to perform the duties of this position.
- Must understand and use H&P’s Permitted Operations Management System (POMS)
- Demonstrates knowledge of Rig Electrical System Safety & Reliability Guidelines.
- Thorough Knowledge of H&P HSE Standards and Guidelines, with emphasis on Section 59, Rig Crew Maintenance - Electrical Safety.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrates the ability to enter thorough service reports into E.A.M.
- Able to demonstrate advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to timely complete preventative maintenance procedures.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant H&P policies
- Personally, complies with all Company policies and procedures and sets an example for others to follow
- Understands and applies local, territory, state and federal statutory obligations
- In conjunction with site management, is responsible for implementing safety and security measures for protection of personnel against electrical injury or near miss
- Provides regular updates and reports and works closely with site management
- Ability to consult with crews in order to optimize safety and productivity outcomes
- Willingness to learn and apply of relevant Saudi legislation as it pertains to drilling, electrical standards, HSE obligations and expectations, reporting, audit
- Ability to effectively work across diverse cultural environments and accepting of cultural norms

- Very flexible and adaptable, able to overcome
- Minimum 3 years of experience in rig drilling machinery and equipment
- Ability to comply with federal, state and territory electrical standards and requirements, as well as related health, safety and environmental legislation
- Level 1 Electric with 3+ years’ experience as H&P Electric
- Previous experience working in indigenous environments
- Must have completed the Expert Electrical Workday Certification training
