تعلن شركة Helmerich & Payne (H&P) عن وظيفة Purchaser/Buyer في المنطقة الشرقية. يهدف هذا الدور إلى مراقبة مستويات المخزون والحفاظ عليها، وطلب المواد الجديدة حسب الحاجة، والتنسيق مع المستودعات والموردين لضمان تسليم المشتريات، بالإضافة إلى التفاوض على عقود جديدة مع الموردين الحاليين والجدد.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • شراء السلع محلياً مع ضمان الدقة ووقت التسليم الأمثل والأسعار المناسبة لتحقيق أفضل شروط للشركة.
  • إنشاء أوامر الشراء باستخدام نظام المشتريات الخاص بالشركة.
  • العمل مع فريق المستودع لضمان أفضل الممارسات بين المشتريات الدولية والمحلية.
  • تقديم المشورة والمساعدة في إنشاء اتفاقيات تجارية محلية.
  • مراجعة أداء الموردين المحليين والاتفاقيات.
  • التواصل مع الحفارات لتزويدهم بقطع الغيار بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
  • تقديم التقارير المطلوبة لجميع العملاء الداخليين.
  • وضع شروط الدفع مع الموردين المحليين.
  • مراجعة وتقييم والموافقة على المواصفات لإصدار وترسية المناقصات على الموردين من خلال عملية طلب عرض الأسعار (RFQ).
  • تطوير وتنفيذ تعليمات وسياسات وإجراءات المشتريات وإدارة العقود.
  • المساعدة في استلام وتخزين و/أو تسليم البضائع.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تحليلية قوية.
  • إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وتطبيقات Microsoft Office مع التركيز على Excel.
  • مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة.
  • تحفيز ذاتي.
  • مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة لإدارة مهام متعددة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في اللغة الإنجليزية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة في الهندسة (ميكانيكية أو كهربائية).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

Job Summary

To monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering new items as needed to keep the inventory fully stocked and supplied. Ensure that purchased orders are delivered by coordinating with warehouse and Vendors. Negotiate new contracts with existing and new vendors and suppliers.

  • Procure/goods locally, with accuracy, optimum delivery and pricing. Ensuring best conditions for the company.
  • Generate purchase orders using the company procurement system.
  • Work with warehouse personnel to ensure best practices between international and local purchases.
  • Advice and aid in the establishment of local trade agreements.
  • Audit performance of local vendors and agreements.
  • Communicate with rigs to supply parts accurately and timely.
  • Provide required reports to all internal clients.
  • Establish payment terms with the local suppliers.
  • Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids to suppliers through RFQ process.
  • Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with reception and storage and/or delivery of ports.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must have proficient PC skills, Microsoft Office application required with an emphasis on Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent organizational skills in order to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent English language skills

Education

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)

Work Experience

At least 3 years of related experience
