تعلن شركة Wärtsilä، الرائدة في مجال التكنولوجيا والابتكار في أسواق البحرية والطاقة، عن توفر وظيفة فني كهرباء (Electrical Technician) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. آخر موعد للتقديم: 16 أكتوبر 2026.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان التشغيل والصيانة الآمنة والموثوقة والفعالة لمعدات المحطة مع الالتزام بجميع إجراءات السلامة، بما في ذلك متطلبات العزل والقفل والوسم (LOTO).
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للمعدات الكهربائية والميكانيكية والمساعدة لتعظيم موثوقية المحطة وتوافرها.
- فحص واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح مكونات المحرك، بما في ذلك مضخات الحقن، الأسطوانات، تروس التدوير، أنظمة إيقاف المحرك، وأجهزة الإغلاق الطارئ.
- تشخيص الأعطال وإصلاح اللوحات الكهربائية، واستبدال المكونات مثل القواطع، المحولات، الفيوزات، وغيرها من الأجهزة الكهربائية حسب الحاجة.
- تشغيل وصيانة وتحديد المعدات ضمن أنظمة الجهد المتوسط (MV) والجهد العالي (HV).
- دعم تشغيل وصيانة أنظمة مولد بخار استرداد الحرارة (HRSG) والتوربينات البخارية (STG).
- استخدام معدات الاختبار والتشخيص الكهربائية، بما في ذلك أجهزة القياس الرقمية والتماثلية، مقاييس التردد، مقاييس السعة، مصادر التيار المستمر، وراسمات الذبذبات.
- مراقبة وتسجيل معايير التشغيل مثل الضغط ودرجة الحرارة وقراءات المعدات الأخرى باستخدام أدوات القياس المناسبة.
- تشغيل فواصل زيت التشحيم وزيت الوقود، ومراقبة الإنذارات، وإجراء الفحوصات التشغيلية الروتينية بشكل مستقل.
- مراقبة أنظمة التحكم، وتحديد الإنذارات وحالات التعطل، واستكشاف أخطاء المعدات وإصلاحها، ودعم أنشطة استعادة النظام.
- تحليل اتجاهات أداء المعدات، وتحديد الحالات الشاذة، والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز كفاءة المحطة وموثوقيتها.
- الحفاظ على سجلات صيانة دقيقة، ودعم الامتثال لمعايير التشغيل والسلامة والجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية (إلزامي).
- الخريجون الجدد مدعوون للتقديم.
- الخبرة السابقة في تشغيل محطات الطاقة أو الصيانة الصناعية أو الصيانة الكهربائية مفضلة ولكنها غير إلزامية.
- المعرفة الأساسية بالأنظمة الكهربائية وصيانة المعدات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- التزام قوي بالسلامة والعمل الجماعي والتعلم المستمر.

The Electrical Technician is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and auxiliary equipment within the power plant. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, control panels, engines, MV/HV equipment, and plant instrumentation, while ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and operational standards. The Electrical Technician supports plant reliability by monitoring equipment performance, diagnosing faults, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of plant equipment while complying with all safety procedures, including isolation, lockout, and tagout (LOTO) requirements.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and auxiliary equipment to maximize plant reliability and availability.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain engine components, including injection pumps, cylinders, turning gears, engine stop systems, and emergency shutdown devices.
- Diagnose faults and repair electrical panels, replacing components such as contactors, transformers, fuses, and other electrical devices as required.
- Operate, maintain, and identify equipment within Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) systems.
- Support the operation and maintenance of HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) and Steam Turbine Generator (STG) systems.
- Utilize electrical testing and diagnostic equipment, including digital and analog multimeters, frequency meters, capacitance meters, DC sources, and oscilloscopes.
- Monitor and record operating parameters such as pressure, temperature, and other equipment readings using appropriate instrumentation.
- Operate lubricating oil and fuel oil separators, monitor alarms, and conduct routine operational checks independently.
- Monitor control systems, identify alarms and trips, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support system restoration activities.
- Analyze equipment performance trends, identify abnormalities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and support compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in power plant operations, industrial maintenance, or electrical maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting is an advantage.
