We are looking for a passionate and service-driven Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operation of the Food & Beverage department, lead the team during shifts, and ensure our guests receive a smooth and memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets and services.
• Leading and supporting the team during daily operations, busy periods, and events.
• Ensuring consistent service quality and maintaining hotel standards.
• Handling guest feedback and resolving concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Supervising service preparation and ensuring outlets are ready for operation.
• Supporting team scheduling, attendance, training, and development.
• Monitoring service performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinating closely with the Kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitoring stock levels, equipment, and operational supplies.
• Supporting cost control and minimizing waste while maintaining service quality.
• Ensuring hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards are followed.
• Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in achieving departmental goals and maintaining overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Previous supervisory or assistant managerial experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage busy operations and multiple priorities.
• Hands-on, positive, and team-oriented approach.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good command of English & Arabic.
